We had a shutoff valve failure (covered under warranty) and Morgan came to do the replacement. He was very polite and friendly and fast! He even gave us a bit of advice on how to flush our tankless water heater that should be done every 6 months (we didn't even know that was a thing!).Thanks Morgan for your help :).

My builder hired them to remove/replace the plumbing for the kitchen sink. The gentleman who removed the parts was on time and great. Fast forward the next day when he was supposed to come back to put the parts back in after the sink was replaced, he called saying the sealing needed to dry first and that someone would be back out the next day, Saturday, between 7:30-8:30 am. I'm not living at the house yet so I had to go through the trouble of arranging for my parents to be there. 9:30 rolls around and still nobody's come. My builder gave me the main line to call and the person on call spent most of the call saying no every time I tried to speak. He kept saying he wasn't scheduled and would only leave the house for emergencies. I tried to explain that I wasn't trying to get him to go out, I needed to find the person scheduled to be at my house to see if he's running late, or what. This was probably just a scheduling error, and that's fine, but the attitude of the on-call plumber was attrocious.

Morgan was the on call person today. He called back promptly and came over quickly. Took care of the problem and had a pleasant personality. I would use this company again.

Morgan was fantastic to work with. Not only is he professional, but he goes above and beyond to help you and provide the best experience. He came to my home during off hours, on a Sunday morning to repair and reinstall my water heater after we found a leakage the night prior. He was very responsive and did a great job. He answered the many questions I had with patience and transparency. I would 100% use this company again because these are the kind of employees I would want to work with :)

Scheduled a date for them to come out and give an estimate to install our water softener/RO systems. No show and didn’t bother to call. They were recommended by our builder. Gave our builder the feedback and went with another company.

Morgan was great! He was very responsive and professional. He helped me walk through an issue with my water heater over the phone within an hour of calling him. Excellent service!

Morgan did a great job fixing my furnace and water heater. He was able to finish it the same day I requested it and made sure I had heat and hot water before he left. ☺️

Amailey Plumbing is FANTASTIC! Rudy came out to our home early this morning and successfully unstopped out kitchen sink. It was horribly clogged and he worked at it until the water flowed smoothly again. I found him and the others I worked with at Amailey Plumbing to be very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to any homeowner. you can depend on them to get the job done well.

Truckers…. Street parking available but stay close to curb as possible. Also do not take Groeschke Road from hwy6 that route has low trees and the s curve requires you to use both lanes. Turn on groeschke via barker cypress road. Thank me later!

Amailey Plumbing was able to squeeze me into their busy schedules during the February 2021 freeze and assess the damage done to our house. Our tech was kind, knowledgeable and even gave us a fridge magnet advertising the business so we could, always know who to call when something else comes up.Well, unfortunately when I recommended Amailey Plumbing a week later to my mother for non-freeze related work, she was passed around from person to person until finally.....she was informed that Amailey Plumbing only works on new construction.Don't know what changed from a week prior. Even if Amailey Plumbing took on freeze work temporarily, I'm not entirely sure why I was given the business card of a tech to call for future plumbing issues, when that potential future business was ultimately denied. Keep this is mind when looking for a plumber.

I encountered an employee driving on the Hardy Toll road that was rude and driving recklessly. There was a Patrol Car on the side of the road that I slowed down for, but this employee just keep speeding and rolled up on me. I then look in my rear view mirror and he is going crazy and giving me the Finger. I followed him to get the company name of his truck as he continued speed over 80 miles and hour until he exited at 610 and 59.If this is the kind of employees you have working for you then you are poorly represented. He is driving and company vehicle and representing you to the public.

Very professional, reliable, and courteous I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. They call when on the way and follow up with you when the job is completed. They show up when they say and don't leave you waiting or wondering. Very respectful and clean could not even tell they did work, first class service and work hard to find these days. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

First off, they are very messy and unorganized, When i called the company and asked to speak with the manager she was SO rude it was unbelievable! Then, i was speaking with one of the workers in spanish, and they pulled the “this is America, we speak english”. very unbelievable. never going here again.

If I could give them a zero, I would. They installed a tankless water heater in limited mode and wanted more money to enable the full potential. Adam is rude as heck and if I was Scott (the owner), I would fire his butt in a heartbeat. Not only stay away, but stay the heck away from them. Builders use them because they are cheap .... you get what you pay for.

They charged me 250$ to replace a tap that was warranties. The plumber left to follow up on Billing the labor to the manufacturer. I was literally called every 2 hours for payment while he was looking into this. Customer service is rude and they overcharge. Stay away

These guys may be the best plumbers on the planet, but, since the driver of a truck with their name on the door made me have to explain to a 2 year old why the truck next to us was driving crazy while honking and flipping us off on hwy 59 (license plate ending in 4445) I will make sure and let anyone that asks know that their choice of employees is suspect at best
