I called Rudy at 10am, he was here at 11am. Rudy explained to me the reason my water line was clogged, showed me with a camera the tree roots, he and his team dig up my water line and replaced it within a day. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very affordable, compared to the other plumbers that came out and gave me a quote. I would recommend to everyone, thank you so much Rudy for all your help.

I met Rudy many years ago when he replaced a broken water service line from the meter to my house and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. So recently I discovered that the main water line was leaking just below the house water cutoff lever. I contacted Rudy on Friday evening and he said that he would be able to check on it Saturday morning. He arrived earlier than expected which is a good thing because I did not have any running water in the house. Again Rudy provided excellent service and a reasonable price. Rudy is fair and honest so you can have complete confidence that you are getting good quality service at a very fair price.

Gold Star Plumbing Service is the most honest, efficient and economical plumbing service I have ever used. I bought my house after it was recently renovated. I did not realize all my plumbing problems for about 6 months. Unfortunately, I needed my main water line replaced and several repairs needing a snake. Prior to using Gold Star, I got SO MANY over priced and outlandish bids. But, Rudy, the owner, gave me a very fair price and did an amazing job. I have recommended him friends because I truly believe he will solve all their plumbing needs!!!

Rudy charged me $350 to fix my leak in Sprinker system in January when I was at work. I trust him that he fixed the leak. But when I turned on my system in end of March the leak it still exist.I called him 3-4 times but no response. Two too he told me he is going to come to check but never show up. I don’t recommend Goldstar Plumbing.

Rudy of Gold Star Plumbing provides exceptional service. He communicates well, shows up on time, and is professional.It took me MONTHS to find someone who would install a standing shower to replace a failed kit shower in my bathroom. Every other plumber wanted to give me an entire bathroom with new everything to take the job. The bathroom was updated 5 years ago and everything, but the failed kit, are in great shape. Rudy put in the new shower, AND he also suggested changing the plumbing around for easier access. Not only is he honest, he also has tons of common and practical sense that will surely save me money in the future. Please consider Gold Star Plumbing for your future plumbing needs.

Rudy responded immediately and completed the repair even as night fell. He also followed up with a call 2 days later to make sure we were not having any problems. Very impressed with the service.

I don't usually leave reviews but today calls for one. I called and requested service for a major toilet clog, I had tried the plunger with zero success. Both toilets downstairs had backed up. Rudy came out within hours and solved the problem. A true professional that I wouldn't hesitate to refer to anyone. Very fair pricing and honest.

Great service! I called them to install a new sink and faucet in my half bathroom, and they really went above and beyond! They noticed something wrong with the new faucet that I had purchased, and went to Lowes themselves to switch it out for a better one. Very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of service! They were at my house an hour from my original call. Can't beat that! Highly recommend!!!

My landlord hired these guys to do I don't know what. But what they did do was show up at 7:30 am and begin blaring loud tejano rap style music with their speakers directly on a bedroom wall, laughing and carrying on with no professional behavior.

I can tell you this Rudy is great at what he does, he worked with me on my project that was a pain because i was the project manager and he never really complained and worked with my schedule to get it done. Knows what needs to be done to make sure permits go through without much hassle.

Rudy does a great job at a fair price. I've used him several times and always been happy with his work.

I am 58 years old and retired. I called Gold Star Plumbing. I had 2 busted pipes under my home. Rudy the owner of Gold Star Plumbing came out with 1 helper. He did the repairs in 3 hours. I now have water. His price was more than fair. I recommend Gold star to any one looking for a fair price and rapid response.
