Hawthorne performs a yearly maintenance service on our plumbing, heating and cooling systems. Service personnel are always friendly and answer any questions asked. They drained our hot water tank and flushed it out and checked all pipes, sinks and toilets. They are very professional and have always responded quickly when an issue has presented itself.

They were recommended by my hot water heater company as my unit was leaking after 2 years. They were more expensive to perform a warranty swap than it was for another company to give me the same exact unit that was brand new. Still scratching my head how that can happen. The gentleman was super great and on time, however, I never got a copy of the quotes that I asked for. Probably for the best anyway!

must share with you that your technician is a very admirable man. My sister and I are seniors and this gentleman performed his job so honestly that my heart hugs him . He doesn't know that 1 hour prior to him coming to my home we had another company come and would not, upon my request run the plumbing snake further in the main line but instead they tried to stiff us with a humungous service bill that required tearing into my homes foundation. Your guy SAVED us !!! We could Never afford the RIP off . I, a senior am the sole provider for my sister and our 2 grandkids we are raising. I love you guys!!

Beware of this rip-off, they want to charge 259 USD for the change of a capacitor of an AC which cost on ebay 14.95 USD included free shipping and maybe 5 minutes working time. The techican called the supervisor and he offered 165 USD when I organize the capacitor. We will never use them again.

Additional: This is the second feedback and I was waiting with this because needed information. Our second AC need a fill up and they want to charge us 593 USD...........just to fill up..........IMAGINE !!! Of course we said No to this scam too. Now the additional information: We bought the complete equipment with everything what you need to check and to fill by self (even the same brand Yellow Jacket which Hawthorne is using), included all tubes, gauges, vacuum pump, 25lb R410-A and even with an electronic leak detector for just and only 350 USD. Take a look on youtube and you will find a lot of videos how to do. It is not difficult and even you can do the service for your AC in your car by self. So our recommendation is very clear: Save tons of money and don’t support rip-off companies.

Carlos Quintana & Thomas Lopez came to our home for air conditioner repair. Carlos came out 1st because we thought we had a plumbing problem, it wasn’t but he got on the phone to call his supervisor for help with our problem. Made an appointment for HVAC the next day. Thomas came out and checked our air conditioner and found out there was a problem with the insulation preformed from a different company and the water that was leaking was from an air duct. Told us to contact the original company to fix the problem which they did. Hawthorne Plumbing was the only company that could come out the same day to check to see what was going on. The next time we have a problem they will be the company we call for help. Very professional.

Needed a plumber to install a garbage disposal. Nick from Hawthorne came out to our home to do the installation he is very professional and knowledgeable about his job. We called on a Sunday and there was an actual receptionist that scheduled our appointment how refreshing is that? So from the receptionist to the dispatcher to the technician and billing we are very pleased with Hawthorne Plumbing & Heating. In the last couple of weeks they have been there to offer their services.

Had to pay 59$ for estimate.... My water heater needs to be replaced. They send me some estimator who estimated whole job for 1495$... I was just laughing and told him it's 40gal heater you can buy from around 400$ to 500$ so are they wanna charge me 1000$ for not even hour job? If their business is screwing people out of 60$ in 5 minutes of ridiculousness shame on them. Looks like they just go from house to house and fishing for fools only... those are the only customers they can get..... I'm just mad about my 59$ I had to pay to see what a crooks they are..... I hope I'll save this experience as many people as possible....

I was looking for a second opinion, originally American home shield sent a contractor to check my home AC unit . He said the compressor was shot. I called Hawthorne, they sent their tech out , a super knowledgeable guy, found my breaker tripped it would run and trip he said could be a bad breaker , he gave me a few options. I followed through. Thought I would change the breaker for a new one. It looked a little over heated , went to home depot bought a new breaker , installed it. It's been running good ever since . I do want to change the AC unit but I will wait till it cools down in vegas. I will certainly call Hawthorne. Now I want my money back from

I got Hawthorne from AO Smith (Lowes vendor) to fix defective bib faucet on a water heater under warranty. The Hawthorne tech came out, diagnosed and got authorization from AOSmith to do the job, but the tech said his manager told him Hawthorne wouldn't do it. I called AOSmith and they said they said they never heard such a thing and told me to get my own plumber and I would be reimbursed.

Hawthorne is the only authorized AOSmith plumber in Las Vegas. The fix is simple. Drain water heater, unscrew faucet, screw in new faucet and turn back on. I got the part free from Lowe's. I won't be using Hawthorne. Very unprofessional.

We had a problem with a brand new A.O Smith water heater because the pilot kept going out. The receptionist (Sandy) and the Plumbing Technician (Jake Godzak) both tried their best to help us out. I would highly recommend Hawthorne Plumbing. I can tell you as a first time homeowner, I have had so many ‘learning experiences’ with the plumbing in my house. I’ve had small repairs, like a small hardware replacement in the shower, and huge repairs, like a slab leak, all have been handled professionally by Hawthorne Plumbing. Had them out this week to fix up some ‘interesting’ plumbing work under my kitchen sink and it was another smooth experience with this company. Many air-conditioning companies will come out and tell you the cost of replacing a pump or motor etc.

What they won't do is check to see if the pump or motor etc. in question is still under the manufacturers warranty, take the bad part back to the local representative and pick up the new part, come back to your home and install the new part and thereby save you a ton of money.

Hawthorne plumbing heating and cooling is the only company I have dealt with that will do this and it has saved me big time. You paid for the warranty in purchasing your air conditioner etc. what you may not realize is that 5 or 6 years later many of the parts are still under warranty and should be checked before you pay full retail for a new part.

This is the 2nd time Hawthorne heating and cooling has done this for me and I deeply appreciate it, and you will too if you will call them next time you have a problem!

Had a blocked main line to the sewer at a rental house. Needed to snake it out with 5/8 in. cable and there were a couple unexpected tough problems to boot. Jacob did a great job quickly getting tenants back so they could use water! Although the service was very fast, we were horribly overcharged. To replace a 40-gallon water heater, I was charged over $1,700. I wanted a second opinion but we couldn’t go without a water heater for the day. I consulted another company and they would have charged $800. What a joke. Pay the $50 dispatch fee and get a second opinion. Better yet - skip Hawthorne altogether.

I received excellent service from the time I placed the call until the work was completed!! My water heater would not stay lit and the gas contol valve needed to be replaced. I was not pressured into replacing the whole unit which I appreciated even though I know it was needed due to the age of the water heater and it not being up to code. Ivan was awesome! He went and got the part and had it changed out in about an hour.

The service was fine. The plumber, Ian, was great. The price quoted was very high, but with a leaking pipe in a multi-unit condo I couldn't let it go overnight or I would have gotten another quote. That is a professional opinion as I am a retired general contractor and facilities maintenance professional.

Update:
The service manager called me a couple of days after the service regarding my initial lower rating and said that they had mis-classified the charges for my service and I would be getting a $298 refund on the $708 initial bill. This is more in line with what the charge should have been. I have received the refund and I am now very satisfied with this transaction.

Jacob came over to provide a free inspection/estimate on work that needed to be done. My kitchen drop-down facet hose had cracked and was spraying/leaking under the sink for quite some time. At first, I though it was the gasket from the water supply connection, however, he did a thorough inspection and found no leaks (I had already removed the hose).

He was completely professional. Had very high standards on safety and protection. He wore a mask, gloves and had put on covers for his feet before entering my home. I was even sent a courtesy text 30 mins prior to my appointment with a picture of Jacob, so I know who was coming to my door.

Jacob offered to return after I have my kitchen island opened up to remove the damage drywall. He wanted to inspect all the plumbing in the damage area that was not able to be seen to ensure there are no future issues. Very good and professional company. Will be utilizing them for any future needs.

My water heater finally gave out and they were here in two hours to replace it with an excellent quality one with a ten year warranty. I had discovered that my garage had turned into a pool overnight, the 2 year old water heater that they'd installed had failed (not due to their workmanship); this was around 5:45am, they had a tech out by 9:00, and the replacement was installed and ready to go by around 2:00pm. All in all, aside from the stress from the cleanup, it was an overall good experience. They even hauled off an old water softener that came with the house free of charge! Definitely keeping them on standby!

I used Hawthorne a few years back to install my new AC and I decided to use them again to install a new Furnace. They always have given me many options and never seem to pressure me in any direction. They were quick and had our heater up and running in a few hours. Afterward, I noticed some exposed wires and called them about it. They explained that they had not done any electrical work, but sent a guy out anyways to fix the wires and ensure that they were not a fire hazard. This is a great company with great service. Their expertise and work has always been very professional. I am a home inspector and I know where HVAC guys like to cut corners and I have not seen any corners cut with Hawthorne.

Jake gave us our estimate and did most of the work in our sewer vent pipe that had corroded away, chased it and found a place to connect outside of the foundation under the concrete. It was completed in two days!!! Mind blowing work ethics, talent and skills. I was comfortable with him in my home which is far more than I can say for most tradespeople. SCAM! The manager wanted to charge me $5,200 for a new water heater AFTER they charged me $800 for “something else” that was wrong with my heater. After l told him the other company will do the same thing for $1,800 he said they don’t know what THEY are talking about and nobody can do this job for leas. Guess what; the other company did just fine for $1,800 and it works perfectly. Not even sure they really needed to change that other thing for $800 but didn’t have the patience to call him back for the 3rd time and talk to a cocky smart ass manager like Angel.... no customer service at all, just rude and disrespectful!

Had previously used Hawthorne for a sewer problem. We were completely satisfied with with the service. Jake Godzak was our technician. That was 10 months ago. This week we had a break in the main water line going the house. Because of your previous great service I called Hawthorne again.. Jake Godzak came out again the same day I called. I got a reasonable estimate the next day. Jake was very informative. The work hasn't been completed yet but it will start on Monday. Great service so far.
....After the work was completed, the job was well done, the area cleaned well. Jake continued to give good courteous service and explain things as he went along. A job well done!!!

This company installed my water softener and reverse osmosis system. The skin is not dry and flakey anymore. I have the yearly maintenance plan. My plumbing, heating, and AC is taken care of. I have not had to get anything repaired thank God, but if I did they are the only company I would use. I get a photo of the technician before he/she arrives. Every person who has come out is professional and friendly. I had my faucet in my kitchen changed. I love the product and it comes with an app so that I can adjust the temperature of the water.

Every technician sent to my house has their mask on and put on shoe covers. I have not had to ask them to do that. Thank you for being a professional and relabel company.

Hawthorne is a perfect plumbing company. We tried many bigger and smaller ones before finding them. They are big enough to have a top notch staff on all shifts yet small enough to have fair pricing and personal service. We tried other smaller mom and pop shops before but were disappointed by the service. Hawthorne is the best. You will get fair prices but most of all you get value and great work. When you have a leak you need the water back on asap. I am happy to have found Hawthorne plumbing.

Beware !! Well first couple of days after install I was completely satisfied. And then the problems started we paid around $9000 with synchrony finance for the service. The new unit worked well no issues first 3 days then stopped completely. After many calls to Hawthorne’s office I was told the installer can not return and his supervisor Shane would have to look at unit. I said this would be fine. Heather had gotten rude at this point placing me on hold many times trying to book me a new date. She told me they had no availability this was shocking as they got paid for a job that wasn’t done correct. After not getting a appointment booked to fix my A/C. She placed me on a hold telling me Angel would speak to me. He was very rude telling me I must have done something to the system causing it not to work !!!!!! A very negative experience I would not recommend Angel or his crew of crooks !!!!
FYI ( owner ) Angel I have contacted synchrony financial and they are investigating the issue as I explained I do not in anyway want this company on my property had shouldn’t be a issue as they refused to look at or service the unit

The tech wouldn't look for the leak, just ballpark quoted replacing the entire water main. It took me 1.5 hours to find by myself with a 1 drill bit, a length of rebar and a hammer. I had none of the high tech equipment that the “professionals” have.Thanks for nothing!

My husband and I had been struggling with locating a leak that was said to be happening on our property, multiple companies including Hawthorne Plumbing stated that the leak was entirely to small to be located. Although, no one was able to located the leak, Hawthornes technician was willing to walk us through the various reasons for this, solutions to the problem and an overall understanding of the entire process that would take place. I would give a five star rating for Felipe Infante of Hawthorne Plumbing.He is very professional and friendly. Last year, we had our electric water heater fail.It was covered under warranty and a new unit was installed by Hawthorne.Part of their service was a promise to drain and service the unit a year after installation. When I mentioned that I have two water heaters, Felipe agreed to work on both units for no charge.He also showed me how to drain the units in the future.I appreciated his willingness to teach me. They done a variety of repairs over thg he years from minor to major. On the major end, they have my AC and Heating units, installed an air purification system, new service free water softener, new hot water heaters.

Their plumbers and AC guys are all very competent and quick and efficient about their work. They are also respectful and courteous. I have always been comfortable with them in my home and they have had to be there for extended periods of time on some jobs. I have truly found that to be a priceless advantage of using their services,

I have had a service contract with them for many years and it is worth every penny.

Last year when I was replacing my AC units, I called a few places for estimates. Goettl never even returned my call and Ivwss looking to get a new water softener as well. 2 jobs and I couldn't get past a screening call.

The Hawthorne HVAC representative came out and provided me with 8 different estimates at varying prices. He is also the only one that went into my attic to inspect things.

At 3 am on 06/11/22 (a Saturday), I discovered my ceiling was leaking water in a room downstairs. The person who fielded the call couldn't have been nicer and more patient because I was panicked.

The on call plumber (Jessie) called me right away and was at my house by 4 am. He quickly identified the issue; explained what he had to do and too care of business. He was done in a little over an hour. Very polite but focused on his work. He helped me cover my property and furniture in that room so it wouldn't be damaged during the repair.

He advised that I needed to contact a water reclamation company to check for mold and other hazards, before repairing the hole in my ceiljng. I would not have known that if he didn't tell me. Others might but I didn't!

Never been more grateful for Hawthore and their staff than yesterday at 3 am on a weekend!

I WISH TO ADD TO THIS AS I'VE HAD ANOTHER UNEXPECTED REPAIR. NONE OF US NEED OUR HOT WATER HEATER TO DIE. IT'S EXPENSIVE AND NEVER WELCOME.

11/13/22 Yet another update. I didn't want to erase the above because those reviews was s were valid.

I recently had a tankless hot water heater installed. It's quite the process for those who are not familiar and it takes quite a bit of intricate and painstaking work by the plumbers. The lead plumber, Chtis Arrellano, has hung in there with me and been so patient and professional, even when I haven't been patient and am sure I was annoying. He has worked long hours to finish this project and never once looked at a clock.

Chris' work even was praised by the City Inspector. He noted that no short cuts were taken and the person responsible clearly took pride in their work. Nice thing to hear as a consumer!

Angel Martinez continues to be a true angel and takes great care of me. He makes me feel like my issues and home are important. And not just with nice words but actions. He's kept every word and promise.

Had my heating units winterized recently. The staff even moved me up a day. Eric and Andrew took great care of me as they always do.

They make me feel important and taken care of!!

I will use no one else but Hawthorne. I trust them and have faith in their work. That's priceless to me

I received information on his arrival, who was coming, etc. Upon his arrival, he provided his assessment, received options and was able to schedule next day installation. Service technician explained installation, new code regulations and changes and left the area cleaner than when he arrived! These people are scam artists! Don't even ask for a estimate!
Our swamp cooler was not working properly and needed service. The tech told me the unit (not even a year old) was in bad shape. That we needed a whole new unit, or he would piece it together, which would be faster. My cost would be $3000 to $4000. I got a second opinion from.
The A/C Guys (who I recommend) they replaced the barrings and a missing collar and cleaned it out the unit...the cost just over $400 dollars and it was good as new. Cooling perfectly!

Jacob’s work was outstanding given he installed a premium water filtration package, an upstairs toilet, and max-flow filtration all in a day including a pop up assembly. He pointed out the existing assembly had cracks with corrosion and calcification. It was obvious. He accommodated my request to replace. He took the liberty to acquire the assembly including a drinking spout that match my faucet and soap dispenser. I was astounded how he notices the details! This is rare! I am so Happy I used Hawthorne Plumbing! Had a real mess with a toilet having a broken bolt and allot of work done by a previous plumber that didn't work. Felippe came to us that afternoon and fixed it in no time! Showed us pictures of before and after and really explained to us what was going on. So kind and professional he is! quoted $59 to replace PRV on water heater; when they arrived they then informed me it was $160 which is absurdly expensive for 20 minutes of work plus travel time. If it was an hour in total with travel that is still an absurd rate. Their accounting department called me and had an I don't care attitude. I won't use them again.

I mistakenly had put the wrong foods down my garbage disposal which caused it to clog. I was able to clear the clog on my own but the dishwasher, in turn, would not drain. I called Hawthorne Plumbing to fix the clogged dishwasher and to repair the leaky faucet that I had tolerated for several months. The technician, Michael, responded and took care of the issues. While fixing the clog, he pointed out that the two shut-off valves for the sink were corroded and the plastic handles had broken off. I am the original owner of my house and seeing as how it is 28 years old, I had Michael look at all the other valves knowing that they were the originals. Indeed, the majority of the valves needed to be replaced and the job was completed in a timely manner. I didn't price shop nor collect other estimates so I have no idea if I paid a fair price for the job or not. All I know is that I could not have done the work myself and I feel comfortable knowing that I should, hopefully, get another 28 years out of my shut-off valves! ha!

My parents were in a bind and needed work done and got sold a bill of goods by a plumber named Ivann. They were taken advantage of and they even told me from the start there were signs that they should've called someone else. It's unfortunate they couldn't get a job done for a fair price by someone. I called another company after the fact and read the invoice to them and learned my parents were overcharged by nearly double, and that some of the work likely didn't even need to be completed.

We called Hawthorne up... it was early 2014 Our shower handle was broken and the whole thing, including inside the pipe, needed to be replaced.
A part got stuck in the pipe and the guy was yanking at it, pulled the wall of the shower half off, gouged the inside of the pipe [so now it leaks and caused massive water damage and black mold that we found last summer], and then they refused to fix it unless we paid more. I live with my grandparents. It's known that companies in Vegas cheat the elderly and that's all this can be.

Shame on Hawthorne and shame on anyone that supports this company after reading this!

Edit: I've been gone since last year. Got back and I can't even go into my grandparents bathroom [with the shower that isn't broken] without breaking into hives. I am allergic to my own sweat which means I need to take a shower every 2-3 days [prefer every day] or I... break out in hives anyway. Unless I take a shower, the hives just keep getting worse and worse, spreading all over my body and heating my body up.
As if that isn't bad enough, I have brain edema. I need to keep cool or risk death.
If I die as a result, the Hawthorne company becomes responsible for a death.

If they actually let that happen because their employee made a mistake and they refuse to take responsibility and fix it, then they are surely criminals. They offered to fix it for, I believe it was $600. They said they would need to get to the shower from outside and even offered to have a friend do it on the side for cheap.

Too many companies trying to scam elderly people in Vegas, I'm sick of it!!

Price gauging incorporated is the proper name for this company. Got quoted $7,600 for replacing an existing water heater. The technician probably thought that since I called from out of town, needed to take care of a tenant, and speak English with an accent that he could get away with this pervertedly excessive estimate. The water heater at issue retails for $1,500.00 plus installation. But for the weight and being bulky there is not much to installing a water heater. Any experienced plumber and his helper can install a water heater in max 2 hours. I ended up paying $2,700.00, still too much for the installation portion of the job, but Vegas contractors are notorious for price gauging.

The workers were very good however the first water heater they put in leaked had to install a second one. The price was at least double what I ever expected. Hard to believe a water heater could be $4000 nowadays, doesn’t make any sense. My home warranty only reimbursed less than half of what I paid. Two days ago, on a Sunday, our 50 gallon water heater busted and water was pouring out into the garage. I immediately called my home warranty company, and advised their answering service that I needed a plumber to respond ASAP to replace the unit. I was told to call back on Monday -- they open at 6:00 a.m. Pacific time. That was no help whatsoever. I remembered that Hawthorne had replaced a water heater for me about 10 years ago, so I called them, and they dispatched a plumber shortly thereafter (not sure if it is okay to give the plumber's name, but he was awesome). He assessed the situation and explained what we needed, but knew that we wanted to wait to hear from our warranty company, hoping that our insurance would cover the cost. On Monday, our warranty company said they would not do the work, because the water heater was still under warranty. That makes no sense to me. So, I called Hawthorne right after and requested the awesome plumber to replace the unit, which he did within a few hours. Happy to report that Hawthorne came to our rescue, plumber was very efficient, in replacing the unit, and we now have hot water. I highly recommend this company!

I was fortunate to find Hawthorne Plumbing as they are on the referral list for Southwest Gas. I had experienced a gas leak to my gas cooktop from the outside of my home. Hawthorne Plumbing quickly provided me with my options of either repairing or abandoning the bad line, and promptly scheduled the work to be completed. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Great service and technicians are very professional. They did a super job when they replaced our central AC. Also, be mindful that they have their own drywall guy, should they damage it during an installation or there is an AC overflow issue afterwards. Most companies leave you on the hook for that. All is covered in the installation price and warranty. I highly recommend Hawthorn for any AC/heating or plumbing needs.

Shane and crew are simply fantastic on every level. Professional, follow-up, experienced, and not at all pushy. They sent me a text before Shane arrived with his picture so I would be assured he was the one before I let him into the house. As he predicted, the Hawthorne quote was similar to the quotes of the other 2 companies we interviewed. The differential was their HERO program, wherein they come a couple of times per to service both air conditioners and heaters and even the water heater at no charge and they will call us so we don't have to remember it. Can't say enough about them. If you are looking for a new air conditioner or heater, I highly recommend you interview Hawthorne.

Very efficient. Was able to get the parts expedited overnight. Water heater was under warranty and parts were from the company. James was extremely helpful in getting thru all the red tape from the manufacturer. He even asked if he could purchase the parts locally and bill then back to the company rather than waiting. He tried his best. Unfortunately, that wasn't how the company did things. I would recommend this company and James to my fellow neighbors in this community.

I had your man come out for a free estimate but was charged a 59.00 service fee to find the leak. He had no meter to find a leak. I showed him where I thought it might be. He said it was diffinity irrigation. He also said if by chance it was main line it would cost about 3500 dollars. When irrigation came out they said it was diffinity main line and not irrigation. They also charged me 60.00. I have paid 119.00 dollars and no leak fixed yet . Very disappointing.

A few of the other reviews mentioned high costs however, I find it imperative to mention this regarding their cost. The quality of work completely outweighs the cost of services.

We used Hawthorne Plumbing to repair 3 toilets in stalls plus two urinals and clear the drain going outside of the building. Yes, I had to pay more than I had paid my previous plumber but not really. Our last plumber before Hawthorne was out every 3 weeks for 90 days trying to repair the exact same issue Hawthorne did in one visit. I will be relying on Hawthorne plumbing in the future over the locally advertised plumber that everyone in Las Vegas knows.

Jacob Godzak was very professional. Our tenant was quite pleased with his work and the fact that he cleaned up before leaving. I received an email notifying me that Jacob would be the tech. A picture of him was also provided. Second email provided pictures along with the bid. Once the work was completed, another email with pictures. Exceptional customer service! It seems as if he was just coming to pitch us a service plan and we still have issues with the toilet. Never got the estimate. Contacted them through their website and asked for estimate, received a $0 invoice, but no estimate. Hawthorne definitely let us down. So we had no choice but to give the contracts to the one's who did show up and give us estimates. We ended up hiring both of the other companies, each had best prices in certain areas.

We had a leak in our laundry room from a copper 't' inside of a wall. I called Hawthorne to fix it, as well as do a number of other items I had been saving up for the appropriate moment, including a new water shutoff to our home. The were all fixed well, in a very timely fashion, by Jake, a very personable and professional man. I was delighted with everything about Hawthorne, so much so that I signed up for the yearly plumbing heating and cooling contract!

I couldn't be more pleased. My home warranty company referred me to Hawthore for a water heater leak. I called at 4:17 p.m. , and Heather sent out a technician, Felipe, immediately. He arrived before 5:00 p.m., and by 7:00 p.m., I had a new water heater! Felipe was professional and courteous, and most importantly, he knew what he was doing, and he did it quickly. Outstanding and honest service. I would highly recommend. They diagnosed the small problem I had with a fan rather than trying to replace the whole unit. Ended up costing less than $500 and price for replacement if I wanted one was very reasonable.

The technician goes to the property and just like the tenant is his body put me on the speaker without me knowing it. I made a comment and the tenant answered from the other side that it was not their fault. Then told me the hole systems needs to be change which was not true. The job was done with half price. Through Hawthorne we have had tremendous service with the replacement of our furnace and A/C units. The work done with speed and efficiency. I now am with Hawthorne about 14-15 years! I guess that shows that I am completely and totally satisfied with my Hawthorne crew as HVAC specialists. I have had no other company perform work in my home other than Hawthorne. Not only is the staff of technicians above EXCELLENT, but there is also the cleanliness, uniform wearing licensed and insured work people, but also they know me and my needs. I just had Thomas do my annual A/C tune off - btw - I purchased the three condensers from them a few years ago, but they are so respectful and competent I'd rate them as the best in LV Valley and surrounding areas! I also met briefly the day before with Nick, a newcomer to the team as of almost a year ago, who came to remove an old HALO - water treatment - system. He is a fine, personable and great addition! Thank you, Heather, who is always there for me and of course, Angel, who is the boss man of this incredible team of pro HVAC people. When you need only the BEST - you should always contact HAWTHORNE - even if you have a home warranty plan - in the end, you'll be happier with the service, installation of necessary improvements/repairs/upkeep, of this firm! We originally called when the Lowe's installation guys couldn't hook up our new fridge to the water line. Hawthorne sent out Mike to help. Took him less then 5 mins to have everything hooked up and working great. Mike was so helpful we scheduled a second service call to have him install our new RO water filtration system. There were some issues with the system we ordered and he had to come back a third time to finish the install after the issue was remedied. All the while, Mike was amazingly patient, helpful, professional, and friendly. We even waited 2 weeks for the final appointment while Mike was out sick, we trusted him and were happy to wait for him to recover. Hawthorne offered to send a second tech but we wanted to wait for Mike. When the dust cleared Mike had done a wonderful job! He even took time to walk us through some stuff in the house we just bought that we.werent familiar with, being from the east coast. I can say with all honesty, I've never been happier with a Service company. Hawthorne is great, and Mike is fabulous. We are very pleased.

This place is great. Contacted them on a Sunday, said they would send out a technician out on Monday (wasn’t urgent). Someone called me first thing on Monday to touch base and let me know that they would text me when a technician would be on their way. Gave me a window of 10-2. And he came around 1130. Nicholas was super professional, chill, and explained everything really well. Completed my job in less than 30 minutes and everything works great! They also give a 30 day warranty to their work at no additional charge which is really awesome as well. Will definitely use them again if something pops up!

A service technician (Shane) from Hawthorne PHC came out to the house at my request for a general inspection of my situation since I fired my previous company. I'm not certain I can say thank you enough in a review, but I'll try. Shane inspected our A/C units, furnaces, and plumbing and then we sat and talked about his findings. Our prior company did the same a week earlier and said we needed some $10,000 in upgrades to our systems which are only 3 years old! Shane was more honest. We're in fine shape and our relatively new equipment is good just the way it is. The information Shane shared was eye-opening. I learned more about HVAC and my own system in an hour than I learned from my previous company in 3 years. I signed up for semi-annual maintenance visits and was told that since I am retired military, they would be free! That's right. Hawthorne has a Heroes Program for military and first responders. But that's not even the best part of our visit. The best part is the knowledge and forthrightness displayed by Shane. He was here for some time and the service call was part of their Heroes Program. I am impressed. A week ago I was faced with a bill for $10,000 and today I am worry free now that I have Hawthorne on my side. I can't say thank you enough.

After to long with my water heater out I had Hawthorne Home Plumbing out. Jacob was my tech that showed up very professional and informative. He explained everything that needed to be done and had a lot of options for me to choose from. He did a fantastic job and on top of that he took a look at my poor old non working garbage disposal and gave me a great deal to get it replaced and installed.
