Dave came the next day after I called. He unclogged a most perplexing toilet clog - toy metal cars stuck 10 to 20 feet below the floor at the convergence of two pipes. He had all of the advanced equipment needed to precisely diagnose and ultimately unclog. He explained everything easily. In the end, it felt like he undercharged me for the 2 hours of work and extensive equipment used.

I was installing a new angle stop for a new toilet and the compression fitting over the copper pipe would not work. It was almost 5:00 pm and I had no water in the house. Being new to Lodi, I had no idea what plumber to call. I called 6 different plumbers. (All said to be open later than 5:00pm) and only Dave responded. He coached me over the phone on what I needed to do to complete the job myself and save myself the cost of him coming over. (What plumber does that?) It is now after 7:00 and I still could not get things to work. I called Dave and he offerd to come by to take a look. After looking at the pipe, he showed me the deformation of the copper pipe from the previous install. Dave fixed the copper pipe issue and even offered to install the toilet. Plumbers like him are few and far between. I have two houses in Lodi and going forward will only use Crystal plumbing. I have defintley found one of the fair and honest plumbers in Lodi. I highly recommend Dave at Crystal plumbing.
These guys are cheaters. They charged $250 for the leak with 1 year warranty. The leak happened again and refused to come back to fix the leak. Please do not do business with them as you will be cheated just like I was cheated. They had provided 1 year warranty.
Use Crystal Plumbing! We had our water heater go out. Dave was very prompt and professional. He was extremely honest and helped us get our problem fixed within the day. I will be calling Crystal from now on and will tell everyone else to do the same.

I had a leaky toilet supply valve, wanted to replace another older style toilet valve since the other was getting replaced anyways, and an upstairs tub wasn’t turning on. Called and Rudy and Bob arrived the same day, just a few hours later, in the timeframe they said they would. They were quick, efficient, and polite. They replaced the valves and said James would be by shortly to continue diagnosing the tub. James and Devon arrived less than an hour later and had the problem solved (dysfunctional diverter valve on the spigot) in less than 10 minutes. They didn’t even charge me for the tub. Overall great work by a team of very polite, professional employees.

Second time having these guys do work for me. First time, they fixed my plumbing from a sewer backup that rendered my toilets and showers useless. Fixed late evening within an hour of my call. Second time, they fixed a leak in the main line into my house. Previous quote from another plumber was to replace the whole line going to the street, $1,900. Crystal fixed the leak and installed a shut off switch for my automatic sprinklers. Didn't have to dig up my yard. Did the work the next morning (called late afternoon). Only cost $315 instead of the original quote from another plumber of $1,900. Quick. Professional. Honest. Fair prices. Exceeded my expectations both times. Thank you so much!

Great price after calling about 7 other plumber organizations. Then they showed with in 10 minutes of the appointment time and delivered on what they promised. The plumber that arrived was Jerry and he was very knowledgeable and kind. Gave some great tips and taught me a thing or two. I would use them again if needed.

Jake came over on the same day we called to repair a leak on a pvc pipe connected to our well pump. He diagnosed, repaired and turned back our water on the same day. So happy to have a reliable and responsive plumbing company we can call on.

We've had Crystal Plumbing and HVAC out to work on our systems three times since buying our house. Every time they have been amazing! From diagnosing a water heater issue, replacing said water heater, and now repairing our AC unit, they're always honest, prompt, helpful and fast and we appreciate them more than we can describe in a Google review. Especially appreciate them squeezing us into the schedule for AC repair during a heat wave when I know they have to be crazy busy.

I have been using them for years. The original plumber Jerry sold the business and retired a few years ago. I have use them three times since Jerry retired and my mother has used them once since then as well. They still provide good service at a reasonable price. My 25 year old water heater started to leak and I had them replace it this month. I like having a locally owned plumbing service that I can trust.

My wife and I had been dealing with a propane leak for almost 2 weeks. Two other plumbers, some self repair could not completely track it down. Crystal plumbing worked overtime and went above and beyond to find the remaining leaks and repair them at a fair price. I wont use any other plumber in the area, these guys treat you right and get the job done.

Woke up to a broken hot water heater, ugh! Called Crystal Plumbing at 8:00am and spoke with James. He was at my house in less than 15 minutes. I found James to be professional, honest (great discussion on tank VS tankless) and willing/able to answer all my questions.
The installation happened the same day, thank you James. It was a tight fit getting the old one out and the new one (went from 40 to 50 gallon). The installation was quick and clean, shop vac'd the area.
I can not express how thankful I am for the outstanding service throughout the entire process. Great service, GREAT pricing, these guys are the real deal!!! Will be my go to plumbing company, they should be yours too.

Crystal Plumbing is two brothers and their dad (who acts as secretary), so you always know who is coming to your house. Big plumbing companies hire people who come and go. I am so very grateful to have found skilled plumbers who pride themselves on their fair prices and excellent customer service. Throw away all your other plumber numbers. They have helped me with several properties. Highest recommendation!!
Update: Just tremendous customer service. They inspected a new house for me that had sat vacant for several years. Went through everything and gave me a complete report. They never try to upsell you because they are as honest as the day is long.

Fast & efficient, did a good job, but gave 4 stars instead of 5 b/c they didn't remember to fix the bathroom sink drip that I mentioned to them. But the rest of the work they did was awesome!

We had a leak under our sink and werent sure which company to call. After checking the reviews for local plumbers, we decided to go with Crystal Plumbing. Dave offered the best pricing among the quotes we got. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and effective. He gave us the opportunity to save money by doing easy stuff ourselves, and didn't try to upsell us beyond what we had requested. He was also friendly to our barking, unsocialized dog. We were very impressed and he's our new favorite plumber!
We always have great service from Crystal Plumbing! Recently our water heater sprung a leak and our home warranty was a pain in the rear. So we called Crystal, our go-to for plumbing repairs, and they were able to give us an estimate and replace our water heater the SAME day. A few months ago we called to have our kitchen faucet replaced and they were also able to provide same-day services. Thank you guys for continuing to provide great service.

We called James because a toilet from one of our projects at Vineyard Floors kept leaking after changing the wax rings multiple times. They were able to figure out that it was a loose bolt on the tank slowly leaking water.

I think this was a TOP NOTCH business! It’s not easy knowing ahead of time who are honest, easy to work with, fair, and that you can trust. They came out and told us what the problem was and gave us an estimate. I had checked around and read the other reviews before using them. They completed their work promptly, and kept communication with us the whole time. The boss and workers were personable, knowledgeable, and actually charged us on the lower end of the job bid! I will recommend them to my friends and use them again if I need help!! They were awesome!!!!
These guys replaced the water and sewage pipes for our mothers 1950’s home. We had received one other quote before finding Crystal Plumbing. The first company (Well known company in Lodi), couldn’t figure out what was going wrong, then quoted us an astronomical price. The toilets wouldn’t flush, filthy water was coming up through the shower drain (total nightmare). I found Crystal Plumbing and decided to call for a second quote. Crystal Plumbing came within 10 mins of us calling (it was later in the day). The plumber was able to figure out right away what the issue was. He temporarily fixed the problem then they scheduled a few days later to To do the extensive work. They kept us informed throughout the process, they explained everything clearly, often times having to repeat themselves, so that I would understand. They coordinated with the city of Lodi right away. I’m just very thankful we found such a professional, respectful, very knowledgeable, kind, group of plumbers at a very reasonable price to help our elderly mom.
