HD Partners handled the plumbing for our new build. Among their many mistakes: (1) one shower turned on only when the toilet was flushed (seriously); (2) the powder room toilet was not anchored to the floor; (3) they left building material in the shower line that periodically blocked hot water to the shower; and (4) they didn't clamp down pipes causing those pipes to bang against the drywall all day and night. An irresponsible plumbing job we have to pay for. That said, the technicians who came to fix these problems were excellent. The company, not so much.

This is HD partners (not D K). They did our hot water heater install and they're the only guys I'd let in Seattle touch a tankless water heating system. That said, it took many round trips to resolve our problem last year. Overall, they mean well and want to make it right by the customer which is awesome for a local business.

It was interesting that their plumbers didn't have any problem smoking weed in the company truck while outside of the 7/11 on sand point way at 12:55 today. Really classy fellas, keep up the great image
