I had never used Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating before. I contacted them based on their positive reviews. My need was a small one, i.e. a repair to my kitchen faucet. Plumber arrived on time the very next day, and completed the job without delay. I appreciated that he was courteous and professional. Should I have additional plumbing needs, I will not hesitate to contact Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating again. I have confidence in them.

I had a wonderful experience with Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating. My experience started with a very friendly woman who took my call and made my appointment (sorry I didn't get her name), they got me in quickly and the time given was exact. Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating technician called and texted me to let me know he was on his way - he had on a mask and social distanced. He explained everything that he was doing, he was extremely friendly and after a quick fix we were good to go. Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating has a new repeat customer!

I can't say enough about this company. They put a new furnace in my old place and the owner came out, personally, to talk me through it. I moved and when my system shut down I thought I had to have the installers out. They replaced a part and it failed again in less than a year. Had Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating come out, 3 years ago, and haven't had anymore issues. That was Justin and that kid knows his stuff. Yesterday I had Scott out to service the unit and everything is running great. He was professional, friendly and cleaned the unit. My mom almost got ripped off by another company and is calling Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating from now on. Thx so much y'all. I appreciate your employees and honesty.

The Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating of A/C were very efficient and timely. We came home from vacation Sunday evening and our a/c was not working. I made several calls and left messages with different companies. The Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating were the first to respond Monday morning and immediately scheduled the repair. Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating was amazing from the first phone call and all the way through the entire process. From our initial meeting with Comfort Consultant Robert Bowen who thoroughly went through the process and estimate, what the best options were for us and he got us scheduled very quickly for a brand new HVAC system in our home. They even brought a temporary condenser unit to the home until the day of install so that we could come back home and be comfortable. The entire install team, Manny, Luis, Cris and Nico were amazing to deal with. After the install we decided to go with the new air purifier system and another amazing job well done by Kalem! I decided to use Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating, when it came time to replace my old water heater. The technician came right on time and was friendly and professional. He did quality work and you can tell he is a perfectionist. He also explained in detail how to maintain and care for the water heater and showed how to do everything. Overall, an excellent experience.

Great customer service from Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating. The technician showed up right on time and fixed my AC issue without any problems. He had to solder a pipe that was leaking refrigerant and refill the system. He was courteous, efficient, and left everything very clean when he was finished. . My wife and I had our water heater stop working around midnight one night so at 8am, I started calling companies to get it replaced. Gary Fox Plumbing &Heatingwas the third company I called but they were by far the most professional over the phone and during the booking process. We made an appointment for that afternoon. However, we got a call about an hour later and a tech was already on his way as they switched the schedule around a bit! Technician showed up and removed our old water heater and installed the new one, and we were good to go. He was also a really god guy. We found Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating online, and called them because we had a terrible clog in our bathroom. Literally, within minutes a specialist was at our door with the appropriated tools for the job. The job was fixed in 10 minutes, along with another small job that he decided to fix of his own free will. Price for the work was extremely reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating for any and all plumbing needs.

I had a leak in my old 19+ year water heater. I have installed water heaters before; however, the previous homeowner sealed off the area with wood to cut down on dust. I knew it was going to be a pain in the butt to install a new one, so I emailed Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating late at night. I received a reply within the hour and later in the morning I had one technician come out to take a look. He was able to problem shoot the area and had my new water heater installed quickly. The price was a bit more than if I installed one myself, but not having to hassle with the removal and install was a definite plus. He knew what he was doing, replaced the old hot/cold bibs, correctly vented everything and put in all new parts. I couldn’t be happier with the completed job. Thank you, Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating.

He took pictures and will discuss options back at the shop and come up with a proposal. He is very professional and I really appreciate his honesty.
