My appointment was made by Samantha,thanks to her I had an appointment the same day with Brian., he went to the house the same gave me an estimate he called me and he told me how much is going to be,how much time is going to take, he very courteous and above all the job was done correctly the first time. prior to that I had another company do the work that went three times and I got charge for three times!!! money wasn't an issue I wanted to be taking care of it right then and then ,and your company did that for me which I really thankful and I also was told that your company went on 2009 did some plumbing for me.Again I want to thanks Samantha for being so nice it's courteous that day I'm sorry I don't know her last name thank you thank you!!!

I called this local plumber, and they were able to come by the next day to fix the leak. They were so kind, and they told me how much I saved on water heating now that it's fixed. The price was also better than I expected!

I would highly recommend Ciao plumbing. Yuri came out during the Labor day weekend, when most plumbers did not respond. He redid the connections under our new sink and connected the garbage disposal at no charge. His rate was very fair and he is professional.

I highly recommend Cold Is On The Right Plumbing. I realized that I had a slab leak in my house that was draining into my garage. I called and spoke with Kari and she got her team to my house as soon as possible. When they arrived, the found the leak and gave me all of my options and explained the costs and details needed for each option. They were very transparent and honest with every step. The house is older so the parts needed weren't readily available but Kari was able to find it and send the guys back out the next day. They will be my go-to plumbing company from now on!

Kelly did an incredible work installing my new Lochinvar combi-boiler system over the course of 4 full days of work. It is clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and his excitement about customer satisfaction and explaining what he is doing is palpable. He was assisted by Latasha and Emmett, who were both terrifc as well. When Kelly first arrived, he was looking to make use of more space in my small utility closet, but I asked that he work within the confines of what was there. He took it as a challenge and managed to find a creative and attractive way to route piping while still giving me the storage room I need. I loved working with Kelly and his apprentices and look forward to working with them in the future!

9PM on a Sat night, sewer line backed up, toilets overflowing, tubs backed up. Called all of the big gun 24 hour service plumbers that you see on TV, AAA, ABC, Radiant, Roto, etc, not one of them had anyone available. Called ADK, got the answering machine, hung up, got a text 1 minute later, told Chris what was going on, quoted me a price, half hour later was at my house, half hour later, all done. Was it cheap, nope, was it worth it, yes it was. Chris was personable, prompt & professional. Highly recommend.

Day after the ice storm and right after I called David came to cut off my water at the curb - for free. He had 137 calls for burst pipes but he made the time to try to cut off my water for me. He’s good people. Admirable.

It didn’t take the Plumbers from Plumber Anderson Mill no time at all to get our bathroom faucets changed out. They were in and out in under 30 minutes.

It appears that Devin & Sons may have gone out of business and someone took over their phone number. Tried calling and had someone answer Would you like to speak to a plumber? I said Yes and was transferred to Benjamin Franklin plumbing!? Then I tried calling again and said I was trying to reach Devin & Sons and was hung up on. A third call and the phone number was no longer in service.Very weird.

We had some serious plumbing issues in an old 60's era house and had it fixed by these folks in no time! Showed up same day we called and was fixed promptly. Jim was professional, informative, and transparent when explaining the problems and their respective solutions. Could not recommend this business enough!!

I am satisfied with the services they came on time with a six man crew. I had re-piping done to my entire house. They are available to project on weekends. The price was reasonable. I only endorse that next time they do a job they should have a plumber on site with tools in case they have to unclog any drains before or after the re-pipe. If you do a re-pipe make sure it includes both the horizontal and vertical pipes. Rene was a nice person and kept me up

Great service n great pricing

After snowpocalypse 2021 O & M was the first company to respond to my req for a broken pipe. They were able to get me on the schedule within a week of contacting them. Most of the bigger company's in my area have yet to respond ?. They showed up on time and were able to fix the issue pretty quickly and charged a very reasonable price. Everyone I dealt with from O & M was very nice and you can tell they care about their work and their customers. I will be calling them from now on for plumbing issues! Thank you O & M!!

Had an appointment scheduled for a consultation between noon-2:00pm and they said someone would call ahead of time to notify me someone was heading that way. The email I received a few days ago after setting up the appointment even stated this. The person showed up at 3:35 and I never received a phone call or email prior. Nah, they're not getting any of my money if they can't even communicate the simplest of things.

Nathan is the best! We have used Nathan s Plumbing for multiple plumbing jobs in the past. Each time he has been on time, reliable and friendly. Recently, I called him about a leak under my kitchen sink. I m not well versed on plumbing terms and have difficulty describing the specific parts, so I took several pictures of the problem and emailed them to him. He responded promptly, with a good overall idea of the problem, knowing the valve needing replacing and set up appointment that same day. He was able to pick up the correct parts prior to coming to my house, which in turn, saved me any additional charges of running to the parts house. During the service call, he needed a few more items that he had stored on his truck. That is awesome!!! I have used plumbing companies in the past, who come to your house first to diagnose and then charge you to run to the parts house, making this service call longer and more expensive. Not Nathan. His efficient kind of plumbing service is money saving and high tech. Nathan, you have a customer for life!!
