Jeff was great! Pleasant and professional. He did lots more than I expected.

I called this plumber to come out and help me with my drainage issue. The plumber came out and fixed my issue quickly, but in the process he found my pipe had burst in half. He was gracious enough to call around to get a few quotes while he was on site, so I didn't have to wait for a different company.

I couldn't thank Yuri more. He came out very last minute to help with issues I was having. And of course, I had to bring my wife to the airport at the time he could make it, so I left the door open for him. Upon my return 2 out of the 3 things I was having issues with were already complete and he was working hard on the 3rd.Very trustworthy fellow and fantastic plumber!

Very impressed with the Four Paws Plumbing team. They did everything they said they would do - called me back, provided timely and detailed estimate, communicated throughout the project and did an excellent job installing a new drain, valves and diverter for a new shower. Cold is On the Right installed a new segment of waterline from the water meter to the house after the old waterline cracked. Billy also tested the PRV and determined it was beginning to fail and included that in the job. He and Jack showed up on time, went right to work, and installed the new PRV and waterline very efficiently. They then tested and adjusted the water pressure, and walked through the house making sure that all the faucets and water heater were working properly. The kitchen faucet required an adjustment and they made it. Overall, Billy knows his stuff and is pleasant to work with, and both he and Jack did a great job, were very professional, and took the time to make sure everything worked before going to their next job. Super plumbers!

wonderful customer service! We always trust Ballards for our plumbing issues. Manny came on time and installed our new valve, faucet, shower head and drain. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. He is a superb representative of the company as well as a superior professional.

These guys are awesome!! Very fair prices and quality work. They were on time *to the minute*. I’m very impressed with how fast they worked. They had to dig in the hot summer heat to replace our water pressure relief valve. Left it better than they found it for us. I’m also impressed how polite they were to me and my wife. LGBTQ+ friendly!

Wow what a terrible experience. This guy is unreliable, rude, lazy. Scheduled a service, had to post notices around complex and emailed other tenants. Confirmed date and time multiple times and night before day of service. After all that, he just doesn't show up, doesn't answer calls.He was rude before service as well, demanding payment upon arrival (never arrived)! Might be some kind of scammer!

The faucet in the guest bathroom had a leak. These guys helped me replace it. They were quick and affordable.

We were set for a hydro static test and ended up with a blocked sewer line 2 days before the test. Ben and Greg came out and fixed the problem and repaired a leak and did the test all in the same day.

Quick install, so quick I almost got whiplash. Installers were respectful of property, and cleaned up debris, and took everything with them. Overall company communication is lacking, quick to take money, slow on refunds, no itemized invoice provided, so I have no idea what the cost of items vs labor was.Overall the positive out weighs the negatives, and I would use them again.

My kitchen sink wasn't working and he showed up in about 30 minutes to fix it. Super nice and efficient.
