Our initial impression of this business was positive. They arrived to assist us within a reasonable time while our regular electrician said he wouldn't be here for months after the hurricane. The representative was pleasant, professional and contacted us when he was running a bit late. He answered all of our questions with the patience of a saint. The estimates he submitted seem reasonable and were timely (within 24 hours). We are confident that the service will continue to follow the quality of the first impression.

They were fast to respond, and Curtis was fantastic to task with when he arrived. Prior to arrival they text me a photo of the plumber with his credentials, while we live in a safe area, it set my mind at ease before he arrived. Geat touch! Curtis was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure we felt comfortable with any changes he was needing to make to be able to fix the sink! We will absolutely use them again!

Exceptional customer service! from receptionist to work provider were wonderful. The plumber who arrived to assess a plan for running a gas line for gas logs was knowledgeable. He explained and step we needed to take. Scheduling the work was easy. I have seen Smiths’ trucks frequently in our neighborhood and now I know why. I would very highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Robert & Teddy were fantastic! professional and knowledgeable, and so hardworking to get our trouble resolved and efficiently. They were at our building after-hours for most of the weekend, and maintained a smile & fantastic attitude the whole time. Plumbing problems are stressful, but they made the experience so easy. Kelly did an incredible work installing my new Lochinvar combi-boiler system over the course of 4 full days of work. It is clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and his excitement about customer satisfaction and explaining what he is doing is palpable. He was assisted by Latasha and Emmett, who were both terrifc as well. When Kelly first arrived, he was looking to make use of more space in my small utility closet, but I asked that he work within the confines of what was there. He took it as a challenge and managed to find a creative and attractive way to route piping while still giving me the storage room I need. I loved working with Kelly and his apprentices and look forward to working with them in the future!

Purchased a washing machine from building depot a few weeks ago, the person was unable to properly install the machine after contacted these guys and had a plumber out to our building within 3 hours! Dane Harris did an amazing job. He replaced all the old plumbing, re-did the fixtures that connect to the new machine and had looking good and working properly within 30 minutes. He even helped out with a completely unrelated small job afterwards! Whole experience was great, we will be calling them with any future plumbing needs!

Dave and his team was amazing, on time always and professional for our entire bathroom remodel . question was answered and was given full attention from Dave. This was the best remodel experience we have had. The team was amazing and always available. We always felt on the same page, aware of all problems beforehand and was told the how and why of our bill. Do not hesitate to use them you will not be disappointed.

Wayne was not only on time, but he was diligent and efficient. Long story short, my house insurance company took pictures and assumed my pipes were not up to date. After close inspection, Wayne was able to determine my pipes were in fact up to par. He even went as far as to making sure my insurance company was aware that no job needed to be done. He did not only save me money, but he saved me time. Will use him as a plumber in the future!

wonderful customer service! We always trust Ballards for our plumbing issues. Manny came on time and installed our new valve, faucet, shower head and drain. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. He is a superb representative of the company as well as a superior professional.

We found ourselves in a challenging situation with a drain and when we called the office, they were so supportive in letting me know that they would get someone to take care of the dilemma right a way.
