I had a great experience with Thomas. He was knowledgeable and efficient and really nice, to boot. He founded the issue with my tub (gaps in the foundation) that two different plumbers and my contractor missed. I nicknamed him The Tub Whisperer as a result!

We reached out to Davis Plumbing for assistance with swapping out our old electric cooktop and installing a gas cooktop to the line that had previously been capped off. Davis Plumbing was quick to respond, and send someone over same day to take a look at the project. Ray was extremely professional and personable, and completed the job in less than 2 hours. We plan to use Davis Plumbing for future projects!

Called him, he answered (sounding a bit annoyed like he was in the middle of something), told me to text him to get on his schedule, and then he ghosted me. His voice Mailbox is full so if he doesn’t answer the only thing you can do is text, which he doesn’t seem to answer.Tried pretty hard to give him my money. He should hire a secretary to man the phone or something.

Brian was great! Showed up on time and got right to work fixing our problem. Was able to provide photos of before and after and an invoice on the spot for us to provide to our Realtor. I would definitely recommend Brian and McGinnis Plumbing.

Do NOT hire Tim Kinsey plumbing. They were very rude to my wife and totally messed up our bathroom. We had to hire another plumber to fix their mistakes and then they threatened to sue us for non-payment. Since the tile in the shower was already finished we had to cut into finished drywall to fix their mistake. It cost us about $2k and a 1 month delay on our reno.**AVOID AT ALL COST**

Brett arrived on time and explained in detail the process to clean the tankless water heater. He also did a full check on the system. He was professional and I would definitely rehire him for my yearly maintenance

Called about problems with our water heater. Austen got back to me within minutes. After describing what was going on he said he knew exactly what the problem was and that he didn’t even need to come out but could walk us through it over the phone. My husband called later that evening when he got home from work and sure enough within minutes our water heater was back to working perfectly!! Not only that but he didn’t even charge us anything. So grateful for his honest, knowledgeable, and gracious help!! Will definitely be using them again!!!
