I had a great experience with this plumbing company. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issue. Very satisfied with their service.

Reuben and team did an amazing job on our plumbing project relocating sink and running lines under a slab. He was friendly, honest, and ensured we were completely comfortable with the process and expectations prior to beginning work. This dude knows his stuff and even came in clutch to do a last minute scope revision mid-project. Without a doubt, I'm keeping his number and calling him for any future projects.

Last Sunday evening (Labor Day weekend), I called CPR because water from my air conditioning draining kept backing up due to a previous plumber blocking the drain pipe outlet when he installed a new sink in the bathroom. I had never done business with CPR before and Chad said he would be there in 20 minutes, which he was. Chad redid the bathroom sink drainage and now my AC drains properly. Extremely pleased with CPR. Willing to help a new customer on a holiday weekend at a reasonable price. Polite over the phone and on the job site. Will use them for my future plumbing needs. Many thanks again to Chad.

Absolutely incompetent or just criminals. Please do not use these guys. I called them instead of my normal plumber because these guys were readily available on an urgent repair. They recommending replacing the sewer line in the yard which was already PVC (which I was unaware of), which of course did not fix the issue but they happily charged me $5.5 K, - the issue was the cast iron piping underneath the house. I wasn't made aware at the time that the repair would stop at the house so several weeks later, when the same back up happens, they informed me of the house to alley mis repair but then stated I likely had two problems. Of course the plumber that diagnosed the issue is no longer an employee for them. Great. How is it they have so many positive reviews on yelp?

Provider failed to show up to the first appointment and didn't make any attempt to reach out to me during or after the missed appointment. I was unable to call them due to their phone system not having an option to reach a live person. Their emergency number also did not reach a person.After complaining through the booking agency I was apologized to by the AFP and promised a discount as well as a new booking time. I missed work for the next appointment and again they failed to show up or make contact. It's been 4 days since that appointment and they haven't sent as much as an e-mail.This provider is unreliable and should be avoided at all costs, especially if you have an emergency plumbing situation and need immediate contact.

absolutely terrible company, and even worse customer service. the owner patrick is unwilling to take ownership of his company's errors that cost my family thousands of dollars in floor repairs and repeat trip visit fees. after a 30 min discussion about what middle group could be met, and what concession he would offer to keep us as patrons, patrick proved unwavering and unwilling to provide any decent customer retention tactics. as a small-med business that relies primarily on word of mouth and online reviews, im surprised he decided that at least paying our additional trip fees (about $300) wasnt worth not tarnishing his brand. let alone the $600 floor repair bill we ended up with due to his employees' ineptitude. as a result, we're making it our personal mission to ensure anyone we know does NOT patronize this business. we had great success hiring escobars and sons here in dfw! much more bang for your buck and the gentlemen who did my work and cleaned up after this company made great conversation and was very transparent about their work before doing anything to my home. we are in the process of filing a BBB complaint about this company as well.

Management is rude, ask too fix things take almost 3 weeks or more half the time they change Management every other week. So no one knows what go's on.

I have used this company many times, but I will not depend on their services any longer and found a new reliable company. You usually need a plumber when emergencies show up , Right?? I had a sewage clog in my lines on a Sunday, also Father's Day. We had a flood inside the house , did not even have a working toilet , shower or washing machine.I was told by a unprofessional woman that they were closed and unavailable to give me a referral. Not dependable.
