I wish I could give 2 reviews - one for the dispatch center & one for the tech. Actually getting the service call was awful - no stars! They promised Friday night & finally arrived Sunday after I called 4 more times. But once Alex, the tech, arrived - 5 stars all the way! He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes (bad contactor), & had the needed replacement part on his truck. The repair was done & I was up & running in 30 minutes! Alex was informative & friendly throughout the call. I can't say enough about his service. I don't know if you can request a particular tech, but if you can, ask for Alex. You won't be disappointed!

Had a great experience with The Plumbinator! I have a large family who like to take a lot of hot showers and we were running out of hot water all the time. Mickey walked me through the process of getting a tankless water heater installed and was patient and kind with all my many questions! The tankless is awesome and we can use our hot water as much as we want now. Highly recommend.

Hardworking Plumbers & Drain Cleaners were extremely helpful and supportive for my blocked drainage system. I had a major issue with my drainage system and gave them a call in the morning, and had the problem fixed by the evening. Both were extremely cooperative, punctual and efficient and the quote was reasonable too. Would highly recommend their services to all in need of emergency plumbing services or any major drainage issue.

Indigo Home & Facility Services came to my home to unclog my drains and did a fantastic job. They were prompt, polite, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend their drain cleaning services.

Service seemed good at the time but after replacing my sewer line off my one bathroom they left the mainline barely coupled together with no glue so the line collapsed as the soil which wasn't refilled right, sank. This popped open the line and allowed it to slant backwards dramatically. Then the tree roots recently got into the line through the one opening. Absolutely preventable and ridiculous amateurism for almost $8,000

They did not show up at the day or week promised. Led to hiring multiple plumbers on short notice at great expense. Will not recommend

They took an appointment. Cancelled it one hour before hand. And then never answered a call or text again.

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
