Very professional and responded quickly!

This is a very long over due review.... had plumbing issues on Christmas morning and called around for help but no one answered. No one BUT goodman! Basically the shower faucet was dripping for awhile and I ignored it but on Christmas morning it started running (even though the know was turned off) a lot! Someone at goodman called me back on how to turn the water boiler off since only the hot was running. Then came out the next day to give me a quote and started the repairs a couple of days later. Shawn the tech was super nice and friendly. Great taste in background music and always gave me a heads up when something might get loud. He didn't mind my mom watching at all which was nice. (She loves to watch and learn). She also commented at the end that she has never seen such good plumbing work on our pipes (installed a valve and replaced the old shower faucets). That itself exceeds 5 stars as its very difficult to please her! Will use goodman again! Thank you goodman for taking my call 1 am Christmas morning and thank you Shawn for fixing the pipes!

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Excellent plumber. Very professional and really knows his stuff. Re-plumbed the toilet and fixed a stuck main shutoff valve. Very nice guy as well. Would highly recommend him.

I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I appreciate each and everyone of you Eric, Debbie, Rich and Joe. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! The business is efficiently managed and run. From the first call to payment…easy as can be. What stands out even more was the plumber. Sam is extremely knowledgeable, good at what he does, kind and professional. He explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly! Not only would I recommend him to everyone, I am scheduling another job, and I demanded Sam!

What a rare treat: a fully honest and forthcoming plumbing & heating contractor who actually managed to convince me that spending on a new high-efficiency hydronic boiler (to replace an inoperable 35+ yr. old Weil-McLain) would be a waste. Their tech arrived promptly and, rather than up-sell us (as other contractors had), he quietly replaced a few parts to service and repair the existing unit. He had the system back up and running perfectly after a mere .5 hr. Nice, pleasant and informative experience that saved us thousands, so we are immensely pleased with the quality of service from Thompson Plumbing and Heating.

It was fast and they were professional during the whole process. They made it understandable when explaining information on the plumbing and what was wrong with it. Very sweet too. I would recommend the service to anyone. Plus it was emergency work they did and it was 8 at night and just to get them to come was a blessing since no one could come out fast as they did.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Came out for a service estimate and these guys were knowledgeable, caught issues that my inspector didn’t catch, and broke down what need to be done and were down to earth about the prices and time needed for completion. They work with houses in manayunk frequently so they are familiar with the plumbing in the older houses. I can’t be more thankful for these guys! During their estimate I had a large furniture delivery and they even helped me move it (which they didn’t have to do and I’m so thankful for!) Definitely will be using these guys for all of my plumbing needs.

Great, reliable plumber

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

I really recommend Turner Brothers. They are very responsible and reliable, they always answer your phone call quickly and are able to schedule you in. They always show up on time, do a good job and overall are really nice and respectful people.

My condensate pump stopped working, so I decided to call Best choice. In the heat of the summer, I have an appt with them from the time frames 12 to 2. The guys arrived more around 3 pm... didn't get the job done my AC wasn't working correctly. They admitted they weren't the hvac guys ( they were the plumbers). They stated I would have to call the office and schedule again... meanwhile it's 99 degrees outside! They arrived again on a Tuesday and replaced the pump. My issue is they never installed the shut off switch on the wall and there were wires everywhere. They just came out Monday and stated that my AC unit is blowing hot air and how it's due to the insulation under the dry wall... fast forward to today and I just had the drywall removed to get the insulation out. Thought that would help with the ventilation (as they recommended). Turned on the AC and its still blowing hot air. I don't know what else to do but I will never recommend this company to anyone. The only guy that I can say is very knowledgable from this company is the senior HVAC technician that goes by the name of Jimmy.

Have used them a couple of times and they have always been quick, polite and professional.
