After contacting two other plumbers without success. Boss plumbing were able to come out A.S.A.P. Warren & his partner were professional and knowledgeable in what I needed for my basement and outside drain. He also referred me to another company for something else that needed to be done in my basement.

Tony came out to fix a leaky sink faucet and a running toilet at my house a couple of weeks ago. We confirmed the appointment the night before and he arrived RIGHT at the time that he told me. He was very courteous and professional, allowing me to watch as he worked and explained, in detail, what the problems were and what he was going to do to fix them. Even when fixing the sink became more apparently difficult than he originally thought, Tony persisted and did not leave until the leak was fixed and running properly. The sink ran with even better water pressure (and no leak!) after he was done fixing it. He fixed the toilet quickly as well and worked with me to make sure that both were working properly. His pricing is fair, and he is a great overall local plumber to work with who does a top-notch job, taking pride in his work. I will definitely be hiring him again for any future plumbing issues and would recommend him to anyone in the area.

I called Thompson Plumbing when my garbage disposal broken after I had gotten a glass stuck in it. I tried clearing it myself but it still wasn't working and wasn't draining. Instead of charging me $150 for an easy fix, they walked me through it on the phone and the method worked like a charm. If I ever have any real plumbing issues they will be the first call i make from now on!

My father in-law was experiencing a leak in his ceiling so I called Roger Ross Plumbing to come open up the ceiling to see if they could find what was causing it. I spoke with Natasha who was incredibly friendly and helpful in getting the appointment set up (If you call ask for her, she honestly made this entire experience so much easier). PJ came to the house and opened up plaster and lath ceiling (Not a clean or easy task) and ran the upstairs water for a leak but after an hour we realized that no of the pipes were leaking. There was a lot of corrosion and bad plumbing work from previous contractors band-aid projects so we decided to keep the ceiling open for a week or so and see if the leak returns and then we can go from there. PJ spent the time explaining options and recommending what he believes would be the correct next step if a leak returns. These guys are great and I will use them for my home plumbing needs also! Deleted my previous 5 star review. andys does not return calls, now uses some kind of horrible outsourced third party answering service. Awful. Literally will not call me back ever. Also, the thermocouple they installed two years ago just went bad. Avoid.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Turner Brothers came to the rescue when my new home was broken into and all the copper pipes were stolen for scrap money. After comparing prices from two other plumbers, Turner Bro's returned the most reasonable. Not only did Brian come out the same day, he and his associate also gave up their evenings from 7-10 pm to make sure we had running water again knowing that they had no other availability during the week. Their work was neat, everything is mostly functioning as it should, and I can't thank these guys enough!
