What can I say! Gerardo arrived to our building to perform service (Smart thermostat install). He checked our system and determined the correct action. Found out I had C-wire all along so the installation of the power kit adapter was not needed and I could do it myself. He was honest and told me I needed to know about my thermostat wiring. He could’ve just installed it without letting me know. Which I appreciate his honesty. I can tell that he and his company genuinely cares about customer service and satisfaction. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! Thank you sir! I recommend this business to anyone who needs HVAC services or tune ups.

Our experience with Davey was positive! He came on time and was knowledgeable about the water softener system we were asking about. He provided options and solutions that would fit not only our needs but our budget as well. I would definitely endorse Davey and Whistler Plumbing for this service! Alexis Sink was the technician that did the install for the water softener. He did a great job explaining the scope of work and afterwards he explained how the system works and maintenance. Steven arrived out to work 2 of my Rental properties in Barstow and it was awesome experience. He was professional, on time, and best of all he serviced the homes and did not gouge me. As a Property Manager I have used Many plumbers in the past and they take advantage when going out to do the work. Steven did let me know if potential work that will be needed, and I will be using them again. Thank you for making it easy and affordable.

This company is great! was professional and they have fantastic communication. Alice and Shelby in the office kept me updated the whole time. I had a pressure regulator that needed replaced, and they offered me a couple of options for replacement. The technicians name was Piotr, and he is terrifc at what he does and professional. I appreciate this business a lot and know who I will be calling for future jobs!

Xavier assisted us with our Kitchen Renovation Plumbing preparation. We had several adjustments we needed to make in the kitchen and laundry room so our plumbing was in the correct position for our custom cabinetry. He also helped us with a leak that occurred at the waterline for the fridge. The water shutoff valve for that line had snapped off when we tried to turn it. Xavier was terrific and stayed late on a Friday to ensure the work was complete. RECOMMEND!

Terry came the same day, Sunday, that called. He attempted to clear the tub drain but diagnosed that the carroded p trap needed replacement. He quoted me a price and explained what the pipe replacement included. He took a deposit using the tech he had. No fumbling. We scheduled the job. On that day he came and completed the work swiftly showing me the damaged pipe. The project was neat. I paid the balance. A job well done by Terry!

The gentleman that arrived to snake my drain his name was Antonio id # 8118. He was professional and explained to me in a way I could understand. He was knowledgeable and had me back in work It was nice to have a technician that treated my home as his own. I wish more companies had employees that actually care like Antonio. No I was not paid for this review lol this man deserves all the credit I’ve given him. Thank you for being there when we needed as this was an after hours repair.

A repairman from this work was able to attend our request for a fix to our leaky faucet within 12 hours, which is simply amazing! The technician was able to give me a correct estimate of the repair fee, brought the required materials and completed the repair and We are very happy with the service and quality of work done.

Ricardo was helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable! He helped repair my shower drain, then returned to service me issue shoot a trouble w my drain, free of charge. Would recommend!

Our tech, Alexis, was responsive, honest, and helpful. As a landlord, the fast work and expert repair and diagnosis was excellent. Will not need these services in the near future, but am a happy customer.

Nolan was EARLY by an hour (unheard of), found and explained the dilemma with our furnace. He picked up a needed part and had the furnace up and running in two hours. satisfied, recommend.

Called and I was optioned out to a freelance contractor who tried to tell me I needed my hot water heater replaced. However my issue was with the kitchen sink. Not only that, he charged me $80 to just BS me. Not only that, I heard his boss talking on the phone saying the service would be $400 for the faucet but tell them it's $480. That's because the $80 would go towards the price of the service which would've made it $320. Plus he kept taking his mask off and his teeth were rotted out and he kept scratching. I'm not saying but I'm saying.

Plumber (Mark) said he would arrive between 8 and 9 AM. No show by 9:05AM so called and stated they were finishing up job (odd as I was to be first) and would arrive at my place in an hour. Got a call at 10 AM from Mark who said he's 15 minutes away. 11AM still no show so called Mark back a second time and he said sorry must have gotten addresses mixed up. Should be there in the next hour which should've been 12 PM. Never did show up or call me back that day to to apologize or cancel. Definitely would NOT recommend this company if you value your time.
