John & his son Jak are great. They are fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. They both showed up same-day and offered great service for some work on my furnace. 100% would recommend.

I had a great experience with Goodman Plumbing. I called to make an appointment to have my water heater examined due to some noises it was making. Right away, the person who answered the phone was professional and courteous, and helped me make an appointment for a convenient time. When Sean arrived at my home, we discussed my concerns regarding the hot water heater, and came to the mutual conclusion that the best course of action was to replace it. I also asked Sean for estimates for replacing two water valves in my home. The entire experience was exceptional: not only was Sean courteous and professional, but he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and answered them with expert insight. That really put my mind at ease, and I found the estimate to be very fair. We scheduled the work to take place two days later.On the day of the installation, I had the pleasure of meeting Tom. Like Sean, Tom was exceptionally courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions with the same care and insight. I am very impressed by the quality of the work they performed. From the bright copper pipe, to the neat and clean solder joints, it truly looks like a work of art.I am so happy I have found Goodman Plumbing. Without question, they have earned my trust and my future business.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

I had a 15 year old water heater which was operating just fine, however knew that I would have to replace it soon. Hearing that there have been longer than usual lead times to get a new water heater in, I decided to give Warren a call at Boss Plumbing. He told me that he could come do the replacement 2 days later. Warren and DJ installed the new water heater and took away the old one, all in a matter of 2 hours. I'll definitely be using Warren for any future plumbing needs!

They were timely, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. We've now hired them twice and would hire them again!

City plumber had the part I needed to fix my toilet and showed up as scheduled. Joe and Dave came to my house. Dave was very nice but Joe was horribly rude. He would not look up from his phone (literally) while I was talking to him about a leak in my bathroom. He also either completely ignored my questions or gave one work answers that were not enough info to answer my questions. I would not recommend anyone paying for a service and being treated like this. I would never call this plumber again.

Keith is an outstanding plumber. Any plumbing issue I have had in my house has always been resolved without any reaccurring issues. He knows his stuff.

Tony was great! He came quickly, explained thoroughly what the issue was and two solutions. He was professional and I would definitely use their service again!

I called to make an appointment to have someone check out one of my toilets that wasn’t draining all the way. The owner scheduled me for the next day then asked what the issue was. When I told him, he gave me some tips to try to fix it easily myself, and told me that he’d keep my appointment scheduled just in case the tips didn’t work. He also shared with me some history I didn’t know about the house I’m in now. His family’s company had done a lot of the plumbing work on the house almost 50 years ago! He was so patient and kind, and honest. The tip he gave me worked! He saved me money, taught me some cool history and some plumbing 101, and was all around such a kind and respectful person. If I ever need a plumber I will surely call this company. Such a great experience in a 5 minute phone call.

Couldn’t understand how quick and efficient this process was. Booked an appointment online at 11:45pm for 12-2 pm the next day. Got a text confirming the appointment at 1115 and that hartzell was coming in 45 minutes. Sure enough, an hour later Hartzell shows up. He was super friendly and helpful, didn’t seem to BS me about my issue, fixed it and was on his way by 1:30. They are a well oiled machine would definitely use them again if need be

I called several plumbers and Roger Ross was quick in responding. Service was prompt and efficient. They have repaired serval minor plumbing issues quickly and on time. I’m have been pleased with all of their work

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Once the deposit was in, it did take approxamately a month to get the technicians in, with some phone calls back and forthbut, once our technicians arrived, Ivan K and David M, were excellent from the very beginning. They designed the lines very meticulously, taking into account the look, and functionality. They were able to troubleshoot a complicated line to our bedroom.They were very professional during the process, and respected space because we were primarily home. They took their time, made sure the job was done correctly, and stayed after to explain and give suggestions about everything.The cost was fair compared to other quotes we got, and I am highly satisfied with the service

I was crossing the street at a crosswalk (Susquehanna & Cedar, right outside Loco Pez) and a guy driving an Aqua van yelled at me and my pregnant wife for taking too long to cross the street and looking at his van when it looked like he wasn't going to stop at all. Lots of name calling once he realized I was taking pictures of his van. Another driver told me he'd cut them off too.Says it was his number on the side of the truck, so I guess he's the owner. Don't know how he is as a plumber but I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house.
