Contacted Drains R Us for a faucet leak. Tuan was responsive and suggested a complete replacement. He answered my questions and concerns and arrived on time the following day, following safety measures for COVID19 - like masking, taking temp. of himself and his assistant Amir, and of us, and removing shoes when they walked into the house.Even though I had to call them back for unresolved issues and they had to return multiple times to fix them, I appreciate the fact that they were quick to come over again when notified of problems and tried to diagnose the issues at hand.Thanks also to Kit and Joey for helping to troubleshoot. Also, they provide a 6-month warranty for installation work.

Let me start off by saying that Buzz Duzz Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company that I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. After a devastating house fire in 2014 and having all brand new plumbing installed throughout the entire home, something was just not right. The first week that we moved back in our plumbing backed up and has been a constant problem ever since. After contacting the original company who did the work, namely Plumbarama (Bensalem) (see my not so wonderful review on them), they were complete jerks. I had plumber after plumber out to no avail. My plumbing continued to back up. It would back up in every conceivable location....into my laundry room, all toilets, my showers and kitchen sink. It was a total disaster! That was until I contacted Buzz Duzz. I was put in contact with Buzz himself, and what an amazing guy! He took the time to listen and understand my situation. He allowed my the opportunity to ask questions and actually gave me some education on how plumbing worked. He dispatched his guys that very same day. Two of the nicest technicians came out, took their time and finally after four years of this nonsense determined what the problem was. It was a nice malicious gift left behind from the work done during the house fire construction!!! But thanks to Buzz Duzz my plumbing has been trouble free and working great ever since. These guys were so thorough, professional, courteous and trustworthy I will never use another company again. I highly recommend Buzz Duzz, I just wish there were more companies out there like them.

My water heater had rusted out, but was still covered under warranty and Andrew took care of everything. He had it replaced in about two hours and was very affordable. Highly recommended.

Do not trust this guy with any major job in your home. Communication is horrible. He has no respect for anyone’s time or schedule, and he overcharges.

Most Reasonable Reliable Plumbers, They Came Out & Unclogged My Drain Front To Back In About 10 Minutes. Also GWC , repaired the leak on my water heater . They were clean cut & showed good workmanship. Took them about 20 mins. I will call them for all my plumbing issues.

Let me just say that Bobby and his team did a fantastic job!! ? ?It seems that the previous owner of my house messed the pipes in the basement which caused my basement to have some leaking problems. Bobby was contacted and he was able to come 1st thing in the morning to check the issue out. When he came he gave me his professional opinion and provided possible solutions. He provided me a (reasonable) estimation for the services. I am doing this review a week after because I wanted to observe if there was still any problems but so far everything is great ? . I’ve to say that I had the best experience with this company, and its services. They were on time, communicative and pricing was within my budget. I called about a water pressure issue that we’ve had for quite some time. Luke was to our home within 30mins to take a look. His best guess was that it was related to the water main and gave me a recc of who to call. Terry came the same day, Sunday, that called. He attempted to clear the tub drain but diagnosed that the carroded p trap needed replacement. He quoted me a price and explained what the pipe replacement included. He took a deposit using the tech he had. No fumbling. We scheduled the job. On that day he came and completed the work swiftly showing me the damaged pipe. The project was neat. I paid the balance. A job well done by Terry!
