Thomas came to help us when our whole house stopped draining. We had a different company out recently to clear a plugged kitchen sink, but they couldn't get anyone out to us even though they had a 30 day guarantee, and we were stuck. The break in the sewer pipe was located under the foundation of the house and the connection to the septic tank was sagging. Bruce arrived with a large crew who were friendly and focused. They hung plastic sheeting, set protection board, and deployed jack hammers and excavators within minutes. They broke through the basement floor and drain flies billowed out like smoke. The crew took it in stride, vacuuming flies and removing bad soil. Driving off to work I admit I was nervous about what impact there would be on our family room and flower garden. I returned that evening and Axiom was just putting the finishing touches on a complicated repair. The garden was restored like new. Next morning the carpet was rolled over the concrete patch and tacked back in place. They even top-dressed our gravel drive with leftover crushed rock at no cost. I was struck by their professionalism; they seemed to enjoy the complexity of the job. I would call Axiom PDX again without hesitation. Great service at a price significantly less than the competition.

I've had an ongoing relationship with Casey's Plumbing for around 10 years. I first had them re-plumb my house. The last big thing I had them do was repair a leak in the water line from the street to the house. They are not cheap, but then again, they are professional plumbers, not handymen, and I've never had problems with their work.
