I had a late night plumbing emergency on a Sunday night. There was a lot of water actively running out of my shower valve so I was desperate to get someone out ASAP. I called every plumber/plumbing company in the Portland metro area that claimed to provide 24 hour service. Most places didn’t even pick up the phone or return a call left with their answering service.

One company called me Monday morning, but they could only give a window of time when someone could come … 12 noon to 4.

I left Jared a message Sunday night and while he didn’t get back to me right away, he did call first thing Monday morning. He was an absolute star. He moved his jobs around so he could come to my house first. He showed up when he said he would and was able to fix the issue pretty quickly. It was a huge relief and I’m so glad I found Jared! His prices were reasonable especially considering this was an emergency.

Caliber was a complete joy to work with! They came out and helped me add two sinks to my property. They were very cost effective and prompt with the project. Calibers employees were clean cut and highly professional in every aspect of there job. I highly recommend Caliber for any plumbing and hvac work.

They are amazing!! They came out on a weekend and fixed our water heater that was just installed by someone else. They made a terrible situation so much better. They did such a good job that we hired them to do the install work for our home addition. Super happy to be working with them again.

Casey's has done a wide variety of plumbing in my house over the past dozen years or so. Last was a leaking shut off valve in guest bathroom. Casey's came very quickly and Vasily(sp?) was on time very courteous and friendly, explained what he would do and the cost and replaced both valves quickly. After a day or two, there was an ever so tiny leak, and Tyler came out, tightened and checked it. However, over the next week a few drops appeared. Immediately, Tyler came out replaced the leaking valve and it is fine now. Responsive, skilled, friendly and pricing that appears to be in line with what you should expect than what you might want. I always call Casey's Plumbing first. Be a premier member if you are a home owner.

Very expensive

While the project itself was a bit of a nightmare timing-wise (no hot water for nearly three weeks), D & F did a good job of taking care of me. They stayed in touch, owned up to mistakes, and made sure that after the end of this ordeal I was taken care of. Price was definitely higher than other competitors, but the level of communication, professionalism, and understanding was better than I could have asked for. They were also one of the few companies who had a turnaround from initial call, to someone out to quote the work, to beginning the process in under a week, which I appreciated. I'm satisfied with the work, and I feel that Robert, Phil, and John did their utmost best to make sure I was back in action as soon as possible.

We worked with Portland Plumbing Plus during a recent remodel project and I can't tell you how impressed I am with these guys. Their expertise and attitude to work are spectacular.
