Great customer service, quality work and quick response time! I called Pacific Crest Plumbing based on the number of positive reviews. They live up to their reputation. When I called in with my problem (water pouring out of the kitchen drain piping in the wall) Anna was friendly and helpful. Treven, the plumber, arrived just a few hours later. He was pleasant, explained everything clearly and provided an estimate right away. He did a great job. Thanks!

Kyle and his team were great. We had a minor leak in the basement of our clinic that kept coming and going and no one could figure it out. A few days in to the heavy rain this Spring the water start rising, first 3 inches, then 6 then 12. Kyle showed up at 2 on Friday and worked to stabilize the situation until 8 pm that night. He was then back first thing Monday morning to finish the job and prevent a complete flooding of our business. He was prompt, thorough, very professional and easy to work with.

He was professional on arriving, he identified myself and was appropriately dress with protective footwear. He was knowledgeable about his profession. I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service Josh and his colleague provided on their visit to my home. There were two faucets in bathrooms to replace, a rocking toilet they steadied, and moved an outdoor faucet over a couple of feet from it's old location. A fixed price was quoted for these tasks that was fair and within the range I expected after they covered the options available. Josh and his colleague started their work promptly, worked steadily, explained what they were doing clearly and why, and cleaned work areas well after completing the work. I really appreciate the willingness of the two men to mask up while in the house, and their consideration for the one cat who eluded capture to put in a room away from the activity, taking care to close the door to the room she was in while working in the area. The work was easy to schedule and the office staff make sure I knew who was arriving and when. Josh and his colleague were friendly, willing to explain their work, showed up with the right equipment and tools to do the work, walked through all that had been done afterwards to make sure I was satisfied, and explained clearly what I needed to do afterwards. The entire process from beginning to end was great. I look for companies with Angi's List Super Service awards when deciding which companies to contact, and Meticulous Plumbing's service didn't disappoint. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing needs.

Non existent customer service. Guy acted like he was surprised to see a customer, then did nothing to be of service. First and last visit.

Left this on Yelp, too, but just want to get the word out on a great plumber: Had a great experience with Steve Ackerman (the son)! Called with a leak issue (from the ceiling), and while they couldn't work me in for a couple of days initially, they called back shortly after the same day when they had a cancellation. Steve arrived when he said he would, was polite, personable, and thorough. He tried to minimize the damage he had to do to the drywall to find the cause of the leak, and he explained every step of the way. It required another trip out to the house to get everything resolved (to allow time for drying of wet wood), but he was efficient, thorough, and left my house even a bit cleaner than when he arrived. Nice guy, obviously very knowledgeable about what he does, and he gave great advice. I will DEFINITELY use him if I ever need a plumber again.

I called Doug and left him a voicemail about the drain pipes being plugged up. He called me back early next morning and sent me an estimate to get the problem fixed. When he got there he assessed the issue and got right to work. He was quick, responsive, and honest about the whole situation. I would recommend Nash plumbing to anyone that is looking for a solid reliable plumber.
