Had a sewer leak emergency. Rose City was on it in a couple of hours, Jake was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Have had a lot of people work for me, this guy is a good one. Hope to use this company again under less hurried conditions.

We had a minor but urgent plumbing issue. Universal Plumbing came out quickly and fixed the problem efficiently. Very pleased with Pro Fleet NW. Found them off of Home Advisor. Needed plumbers to install new kitchen faucet, disposal, plumbing, etc. after we had granite counter tops installed. We shopped around for three (3) quotes and while one other quote was close in price, Pro Fleet was a little bit less expensive. Having just dropped $$ on granite, I was happy with their quote! ;) They were able to come out the following morning. Now we can finally enjoy our updated kitchen. I was provided a one (1) hour arrival window. Ryan and Wes (?) were both very friendly and even let me know they were running about 20 mins behind, even though they were still within the window. I really appreciated the communication. I would definitely use Pro Fleet NW again in the future for any plumbing needs.

The crew was here promptly at 7am. Got started after I and the head guy did a walk through. Since we opted out not to have the patching done, they completed around early to mid afternoon. They were very respectful and cleanup after their job. I would recommend them to anyone that had old pipes and good use real good water pressure.

Technician arrived at time stipulated, listened to the issues, proposed solutions, with constructive reasoning behind them. The elected work was performed very efficiently and overall, more than exceeded our expectations.

Great guys to help with plumbing problems. We have a clawfoot tub that was leaking from several spots and could NOT get the supply stops to budge but after a conversation with Tim we were able to get them off. We called another plumber before Tim only to get told we wouldn't get an appt until Friday (this being Monday) and with our main water shut off we called around and found Tim at Liberty plumbing more than happy to help us out on Tuesday! Great plumber(s) give them a call! Thanks Tim!

After some heavy rain I noticed two downspouts / drains were getting overwhelmed. Keith was able to come out the next day and, even when he found that the issue was some roots growing into the drain, he fixed the issue in under an hour. Much appreciated.

Did a good job at repairing the items needed but $385 for less than two hours of work is ridiculous. This was just labor and did not include any of the $18 in materials.

Excellent service and most importantly, they were quick. Thanks to Leak Locaters we were able to find and repair a broken water main and get water back to the house in less than 24 hours.

Severe reckless driving in traffic on way to appointment while forgetting your vehicle is an advertisement for your company.

Kyle, leak specialist, came out to my home to check where my leak was coming from. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He even explained what the next steps were and what will eventually happen during the repair process. Thanks again Kyle.
