Patrick was there right on time and quickly helped resolve the drain issue we were having. He also helped explain how to prevent issues with our drain going forward and was extremely professional in general. Will definitely be using them for more jobs in the future!

Had a main water line break on the property. A headache! Kim in the office was very helpful in getting us prepared for the work at hand. She sent out Seth who is hands down one of the best plumbers I’ve dealt with. Very knowledgeable, patient, efficient and a great get-the-job-done attitude. I’ve call many plumbers out to my property. Hoping I can request Seth by name, if needed. I am glad my big emergency was handled by these guys. I see some negative reviews for MP, just wanted to say, sometimes one bad experience with one tech is not a reflection of a whole company. Haven’t you ever had that one co-work that made everyone look bad... I know I have! I’ve had more postive experiences than negative here. Again, thank you Kim and Seth, from Halsey Station Apts!

Happy to find a trustworthy independent plumber. Fixed a tricky sink plumbing issue, and installed a garbage disposal. The latter required some follow-up sink attachment work but Mick came back out free of charge until the job was done at top-notch standards. I can rest easy now. PS likes his coffee black.

Communication: excellent - very wonderful in letting me know everything important to the job, his schedule and was willing to take time to answer questions. Professional, knowledgeable and clear.

Service: Came to my rescue and scheduled me much faster than I expected (with no extra or hidden service fees). Was very efficient and the service was top notch! Old water heater removed and replaced, he even cleaned the area and made sure everything worked properly and looked good too.

Price: Extremely reasonable and honest value. I called a friend who was very familiar with the costs of this type of work and he assured me this was an extremely fair price! I really felt confident that Jorge was offering me great service and no unnecessary things or parts not needed.

I even asked if it was possible to take care of a drain problem while he was here (had not prearranged this at all) and he was happy to help and very accommodating. I am super pleased!
