We had an earlier job replacing valves throughout the house done and Patrick, who was the lead on the bind and installation was very professional and also very informative about what options we should consider. He did recommend upgrades beyond what we were asking, but he wasn't pushy about it. It was just mentioned as information that we might want to consider. When the installation was performed it was done quickly and without incident. They were very careful to not track dirt and such in the house and other than the replaced valves, you couldn't tell they were here afterwards.

We now have an old garbage disposal that died. Once again, we were fortunate enough to have Patrick come out and give us the bid. This time I decided to take advantage of the bulk discounts and have a couple of faucets replaced as well. I look forward to a successful installation going forward.

A few days later...

The two sinks received new faucets and the disposal was installed. Patrick even gave me the best lesson on how to take care of the disposal that I have ever received. This is a top notch and conscientious company.

I had a flange that needed repair and they were quick to respond with availability. Professional work and plumber johnny was a personable and knowledgeable plumber.

Same-day service from a friendly and competent professional who didn't talk down to me and was kind to my kid & dog. Saw me wearing a mask and immediately went to mask up too (thank you, I'm immunocompromised) -- and happily went to work. They didn't settle with just making the offending toilet flush again -- they told us what happened and why, and let us know what they noticed might be a sign of trouble down the road without trying to upsell. We will absolutely be calling again when we need a plumber.
ETA: they were right about future trouble, and came back to diagnose and give us some solid advice and recommendations to follow up. Same great experience as the first time. Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and they didn't charge for diagnostics.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

Quoted us $3,000 for replacing a standard 50 gallon water heater. Felt like price gouging given that the parts are less than $800.

I have used Power Plumbing's services several times and each time I have been more than happy with the work done; everything from unclogging a drain to installing a fixture for me. The women in the service department are very friendly and knowledgeable, and if an event arises they don't know the answer to, they make sure to ask someone who does. My family always uses them and we will continue to do so in the future.

Scott was very pleasant, explaining his work and efficiently doing it. I'm so glad he is joining us in Brookings, Oregon. I'll be calling Crown from here on in.

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.

Ordered a kitchen sink grate in March. Called them at least 20 times over the next six months, only returned my calls twice, and gave me a number of different excuses. Picked it up 3 times only to have it be the wrong product. Kept telling me they were sorry but never followed up with me. In the end they told me the vendor would not make my product.
Possibly some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
