Tried to charge us $450 to remove two stuck bolts on a toilet seat

Our tenants recently called to inform us that they were left a notice from the Portland Water Bureau stating they had excessive water usage. Being out of town I searched Google and called several plumbing companies and was impressed with the response, knowledge and professionalism from Pacific Crest Plumbing. They were able to fit a new line replacement and coordinate with our tenants. Very happy with our experience and definitely recommend.

Steve and Seth were problem solvers. We had two other companies out that day that were unable to figure out what our issue was. We feel confident that Steve was on the right track. Super grateful they gave us a direction to move forward on figuring out our fix. They were quick and efficient. Grateful for their work today!

Meticulous Plumbing came out to look at a kitchen sink issue which they ended up not charging me for because it was just the removal of a loose metal piece that was gumming up the works. I asked them to take a look at a bathroom sink slow drain issue too that they identified what the issue was and repaired it on that visit (which they did charge me for). Ethical, competent, professional, efficient. Excellent service.

Decently stocked place but some of the staff have little patience for non-fix it people like me.

they really clean up waste water

I am so happy with Vincelli Plumbing! I called Beau to come out and look at my pipes. I needed a fresh water re-pipe. Beau is very knowledgeable, personable and actually showed up to my scheduled appointment (which is rare these days) and he fixed the issue no problem. I will definitely use this company again and won't go anywhere else.

Ken Scott was the plumber on our brand new house. When a problem arose with our sump pump, I reached out to have him come take a look. Between my husband and I, we called almost a dozen times over 2 months and received NO answer. I even left a message stating that I'm new to the Portland area, if he can't help me could he please recommend someone else. NOTHING. Do not waste your time trying to get a hold of Ken at KTP Plumbing. Worthless and disappointing.

I haven't call them for plumbing services. And I NEVER will. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in Oregon city this evening. Probably shouldn't have tried to switch lanes at the last second. And if you are going to drive like a crazy person, DON'T DO IT IN YOUR COMPANYS VEHICLE!!!

Doug Nash is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever had, does high quality work but still very affordable. He seems very genuine and honest, doesn’t upsell any services. Really took a lot of time to explain the options for my plumbing issue and what he thought would be best. Replaced old rusty galvanized pipe with high quality PEX, Finished work looks amazing, even fixed a couple things he bumped into along the way and didn’t charge me extra. Seems like a very meticulous guy who takes pride in his work. Very punctual and also responsive to communications. HIGHLY recommend, have nothing but great things to say about Nash Plumbing and will be using him for all my future plumbing needs.

I give zero. I had a repair 2 years ago and recently smelled a terrible odor. I had to get a emergency service out because Monday AM I have a home appraisel. The other plumbing company showed me pictures and explained why it failed. When you cut a couple inches of pipe out and don't replace it but force it into a coupling even though it's too short it will fail. Kitchen sink, Extreme hot and cold...fail after a while.
