The technicians are great and do an awesome job. They are always trying to find the best way to do the work and in a timely fashion.

This review is long overdue. We've had Scott from Emerald Plumbing out to fix various plumbing problems over about that last 6 years or so and each time I've found him to be knowledgeable, experienced, and conscientious, and always gets the job done. First time was a scary water leak he quickly diagnosed and fixed and I've had him out for toilet repairs, garbage disposal replacement, and most recently he cleared a really bad shower drain clog caused by a tile installer's work. Scott's also friendly and when you meet him you can tell he's an honest kind of guy. I don't know how his hourly rates compare to other plumbers, but his prices seem fair enough.

JAM Plumbing has hands down and one of the the easiest company to work with .

Robert was prompt and easy to work with. Price was very reasonable, and the formal quote came in in-line with the initial estimate over the phone. The quote and job was all done within a week of my initial inquiry, and all went smoothly.

They seem nice, and they came over very quickly. They were prompt about returning calls and texts as well, and while I got cheaper rate quotes, their rate was largely in line with the area at $180 for a call-out.

However, despite me mentioning repeatedly to Nathan that my shower was American Standard both on the phone and in my text message, Nathan took one look and was like: Yeah, I don't know. I don't do American Standard. I opened part of it for him and showed him where it was leaking, and he was like: Yeah, you need a new part. I explained that I had already replaced these parts at the advice of another plumber and it still leaked, so could he take a look if something was wrong with the installation perhaps. He just said No, I don't know anything about American Standard, so I don't want to touch it.

He gave me a helpful recommendation of calling George Morlan, and they connected me to a company that will be here in two days, but that means another two days without a shower and we have to delay leaving on our anniversary trip on Thursday morning to let the new plumbers in. This could have been avoided if AACT Plumbing had told me they don't do American Standard when I told them over the phone AND in a text: I need an American Standard diverter fixed.

Having had work done by them in the past and had an amazing experience with them. Very reasonable and treated us with respect. We called to have them fix a leak recently. We were desperate to get it fixed the day of and Crouchley weren’t able to make it, so we went with someone else. I was so deeply unsatisfied with the people we went with. We should have just waited and had Crouchley come out! Now we know for next time!

Louis was very prompt and efficient...and fixed our drain with a quickness. Louis is an e excellent plumber. You should definitely keep him.
