The guys were very prompt and did a great job. Cleaned out my pipes very quickly. They helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. Hopefully I don't need it to soon now.

Darius arrived out right on time for new faucet & garbage disposal installation. They were also able to accomodate some add on services last minute which was helpful. Darius was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and kept us well informed of the status of repairs.

Receptionist is very rude for a slight miscommunication of where my company was located. I don’t know how their work is but if it’s anything like their customer service, good luck.

Our furnace needed replacement and the people at Pompeii did a fantastic job. Our current furnace was not able to work safely, and the people at Pompeiis just pedal thru hoops to get our new furnace in quickly. The promise date was met perfectly and the installation was top knot have. Their prices are very good and the follow up service is great.

Rene was the tech that came out, he was very professional and made sure he and I were both safe. He also answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was going on. I would most definitely call and use them again!!

This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this company. Two technicians came to evaluate and reinstall a leaking toilet, and determined the need to replace the original flange from 1937 with a repair flange. Within an hour, I saw that the toilet was still leaking out of the room into the basement. I called and requested these techs to come back, but instead I got a young tech who told me he is only 3-4 years into the business, but started recommending jackhammering through my floor to do massive work on the flange and pipes. I had a different company come out, and that plumber not only found issues with how NorthEast's work was done, but also did real troubleshooting. He found that the problem was with a hairline fracture in the toilet itself. This has ended up costing me well over $1,000 for plumbing services on a toilet, and NorthEast was going to jackhammer through my floor - all because the young tech and the owner looked at pictures.
This company needs to ensure that senior techs are checking the work of younger techs. Work should have a warranty. And DO NOT recommend major construction projects until you have done the due diligence and completed all troubleshooting first. I will never work with this company again, and urge anyone who does to get other quotes/estimates before moving forward. You never know if they know what they are doing, or just looked at a picture and jumped to the big-ticket repair.

My A/C got back to me immediately and came out next day. The tech and his colleague came on time and were very knowledgeable. I explained what I needed done. They inspected, provided recommendation and gave me a quote on the spot. I agreed. Cleveland Plumbing Guy tech came back two days later as they said they would and began working. Not only are they professional, but they are very neat. I am very pleased and will not only refer, but will be calling him again if I need any A/C repair.

not a good experience. commented on me personally. did not perform the job or produce results. spent too much time trying to convince me of what kind of person he was no less the work that he performed. would not write up an estimate. said he was refunding all of my money. when it came time he claimed he had spent time & money on materials no less had to pay a fee cuz i used my credit card. i should hav gotten my money bak & then some for the aggravation, hours of my time spent no less amount of time i was delayed trying to give him another chance to do the job. no less refused to do the work because i am too picky

Brian Cooper was very helpful, he explained as he went along. He made sure that he explained everything to my sister as he was doing the job. He also cleaned up after the job was completed. I would recommend him. A big thank you for the cleanup job.

Jamie was the tech who came on site to service my external sump pump. He was required to carefully remove #3 and #4 river rock that cover the concrete lid on an outside pit that contains the sump pump. He took great care so none of the stones would fall into the pit. Checked to see the pump was operating correctly and then slid the lid carefully back in place and shoveled the stones back in place to cover the lid. Job well done. I will request him when I replace the sump pump next spring.
