We had water issues near our tree lawn and didn’t know the source. Ryan was very knowledgeable and worked hard to identify the source and fix the problem. We will definitely call them again if we have any plumbing needs.

Dimitry, the work tech was prompt, contacted to check before coming. He also documented as well. He was skilled and took him only 30 min to complete faucet cartridge repair. Price estimate is slightly on high side, but worth the time and skill for the repair.

I called Pompeii on Tuesday and had a repairman at my house by Wednesday morning. Chris H was my repairman. Gotta say, he was excellent! He troubleshot some issues I was having with my sump pump and fixed them within a few hours. He also answered any questions I had regarding my sump pump. A+ service. Would recommend highly.

Additionally, when we had some emergency service calls, they were able to get someone out same day to address the emergency. Great service! On Monday, August 9th, we had the unfortunate luck to have our A/C quit working. I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy after hours and alerted the person on call that I would need a technician as soon as they could send one out. On Tuesday, August 10th, I spoke to service at 7:30am. He said she would have a service technician available that day in the early afternoon. At noon, I received a call that the technician was in route. By 1:00pm, Edmond arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. After retrieving the part from his well stocked truck, he had our A/C compressor working again. By 5pm, we were blissfully enjoying a cool home once again.

Mr. Knight and his family operated business was an A1 experience. They went above and beyond for my basement situation.

I had called around to a few places for a couple estimates after the daunting situation of the cast iron piping from my upstairs toilet fail on me the other day resulting in minor basement flooding. Jon was able to quickly get me on the books and scheduled for a pvc replacement the following day.. he was very understanding that it was quite the emergency around here with 3 kids. Money has been tight lately from the holidays still and I was worried about pricing. I feel incredibly lucky that I was both able to find someone who beat competitor pricing along with how quickly the turn around was on repair. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!!!!
