First experience with Five Star and we were really happy with how quickly our clog was cleared! Super nice guy who just wants to get the job done! Will definitely use again.

Smylie One did a full install of a new AC unit and new furnace. The team was here for two days. They were clean, courteous, and professional. One of the guys even stayed late to make sure our AC was running before he left for the night (prior to the job being completed.)

We went with Smylie because they were straight with us when it came to prices and the project. Other companies tried to sell us packages or things we didn't need. Their quote fell middle tier to the three we received.

They are busy! It took about 4 weeks for install.

While our family was out of town, a storm knocked down a very large tree that struck our Gas Meter. When checking our home for safety, the gas company detected a small gas leak inside our home. Our Gas (and heat) were shut off until the leak was fixed (March of 2023). I called several plumbing services and Plumbing911 was one of the only ones that answered our call over the weekend, and Jon was onsite the next morning. He worked overtime to try to find the leak and returned with additional team members to address the issues. When more damage was discovered, Jon Csontos worked into the evening to fix the issues, repair all of the damaged gas pipe and make our home safe for our family.

Even though we were out of town, Jon kept us updated on the progress throughout and was very helpful during this stressful event. I would highly recommend Jon for his professional work, honesty, and effort that he put into this job.

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. They are always so helpful, I have never had a bad experience with them and their work is always done right the first time. Thank you so much Steve and Lindsey for being so awesome! We will continue to call them anytime we have any issues in our shop.

All talk no work. Gone to the properties and found more problems. Which wasn’t a red flag initially. Thought he was just being an expert. After a few weeks gone by, no work done from the initially work orders(deposits paid). He insisted on another big list of items. I let him know a tenant needs to move in and we needed to address the water heater tank issue first. He did not care about the urgency and insist to start another work order and a large deposit to be paid (over 2k). He’s also very hard to reach. Doesn’t answer his calls 90% of the time and calls back at least two hours later. He’s either sick, at another emergency job or finishing a job, just never working on my work orders which I already paid deposits for ($450). Do not use him. Check him out on yelp for other complaints.
