I have spunky children who like to try new things and sometimes down drains or toilets! These guys are the most responsive, professional, and quick acting to fix your problem as soon as possible. For all of my calls to them, they have been at my house within a few hours. It can be stressful having unwanted clogs but I couldn’t recommend Urus any higher! Thank you for doing what you do and the team you have!

Great people to deal with done a good job

I am new to the Ohio area and have never owned a house with a septic system before. I have called them several times over the past few weeks with questions and problems.
Every time I have called they are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. DJ was able to walk me through my problem and advise me what to do over the phone. If I ever have an issue I am unable to handle myself I will definitely contact them.

I have worked with Chris and Northeast Plumbing for many years and have always had good professional service. They clearly know their stuff!!!

I would highly recommend these folks - they were the middle man for a job with 1 day Trenchless Sewer Repair, and due to my traveling and then bout of bronchitis, there were some scheduling delays. DeAnna in the office was an absolute joy and professional to work with, staying in touch by email and texting. Even after the job was done she checked to see how I was recovering! If anyone has to deal with them, trust me, you are in good hands!

Extremely poor customer service. Took much longer than I was originally told to install my new AC unit. Attendance from the technician was spotty as they were trying to fit my job in between more 'important' calls. There were many excuses along the way for the multiple delays. I would recommend strongly against using this company for any HVAC work.

Daniel did a great job for us replacing the main shut off valve and fixing issues with our hot water tank. We highly recommend him. He walked us through the process and accommodated our schedule to ensure we’d have our water turned off for a minimal amount of time. He was professional, polite and shared his expertise, so we could make an informed decision to add an expansion tank. His finished work looks amazing.

Today Alex, from Killeen Plumbing came out to repair a small leak in a line in our basement & another leak from the Moen kitchen pull down hose. Alex arrived promptly with the most friendly & professional attitude - he fixed the small leak quickly. He was also nice enough to order a new hose for us from Moen that would arrive in about 7 days. What a fantastic Business with a great employee like Alex representing them. We will use them again, and certainly refer friends & family. Good work Alex - Thank you Killeen Plumbing :)
