I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I had a great experience with Terry and the entire team at TCR Rooter & Plumbing. I had a main sewer line backup at my house, and I had to have some cast iron pipes replaced. I got quotes from a few plumbers. Terry impressed me with his knowledge of the issue. He quoted me a price, and he came in under the quote. On top of that, he was able to fix the issue quickly, and his entire team was a real pleasure to work with. You are in good hands with Terry.

I have used AirMakers since 2001, and in general have been satisfied with their service. I had an issue recently, but it was resolved to my satisfaction.

I live in a new development, my house is not even two years old but I could tell something was wrong with the AC. I called Weather master because that is the number that was listed for us to call for AC/Heat issues. I was told for someone to come out it would be $99 but if the problem was over $200 the $99 would be waived. I agreed thinking since my house is not even two years old it shouldn’t be much over $200. I wasn’t able to get services the day I called they couldn’t see me until 4 days later. Juan was our technician he did have on a mask and booties which I did appreciate that part of the services. When he got here he noticed the evaporator coil was frozen solid and was unable to evaluate the issue until it thawed out which resulted in rescheduling. I was upset because it would have been nice to given a heads up to turn the system off at least a hour or so before he arrived. I rescheduled and that was three more days of discomfort. When the day finally came it seems like I was the last one on the schedule he didn’t arrive until after 5. He checked things out and said he believed it was an evaporator coil leak but would suggest we run a diagnostic test which would be an additional $200 and the $99 I already paid would not be waived for just running the diagnostic test that is only waived if the actual services are over $200. So now I’m $300 in and AC still is not fixed. After running the test it was determined the levels are low and there is a leak. Juan said we would need to replace the entire system which would be $1900. Literally the worst news he could have ever told me a new homeowner that I would have to pay $1900 to replace a system that is not even 2 years old! I still don’t understand what the parts warranty covers if I have to fork out $1900. I’ve tried reaching back out to the company for a second opinion and have been unable to get a response back. I feel like I’ve been robbed, $300 and the only solution was replace the almost brand new 3 ton evaporator coil and sign up for a maintenance agreement. Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

Found my guy for life! Hot Water Heat went out. Called Wes, straight to the point and asked me the right questions (I later on learned why). Awesome to work with and didn't mind me watching. Called 10+ places with absurd prices and cranky folks, but Wes was the man. Great conversation with him. doing it 40+ years and referred me to a couple other folks for HVAC and Electricity needs should I need them in the future. Can't go wrong with him. He doesn't advertise which should tell you everything....referral business. I love hearing call me if anything comes up and I'll take care of it, though it will not. Best plumbing service around!!! I had a pipe leaking in my yard, and the leak was so large I had to keep the water off to save thousands on my bill and keep my yard from turning into a lake. Having to keep your water off during a NC summer is not fun to say the least. And as I'm sure everyone can attest to it was extremely stressful trying to get it fixed at a reasonable price. My neighbor uses Welch Plumbing and spoke very highly of Shawn. Well the day after being contacted Shawn has completely fixed it and I have water again!! A tree root had compromised the pipe, the root is now gone the pipe has been replaced, it was done so quickly and seamlessly! If you want clean, quality work, with amazing affordability, a quick response time and top notch professionalism you need to call Welch Plumbing. I know in the future this will be the only plumbing company I use!! Thank you Shawn!!
