Called Andrews Plumbing this morning because our water heater had stopped working. Don't like cold showers , even in this heat! Paul came out within the hour,found the problem and repaired it, he told us that we really needed a new heater, so we ordered one and he'll be back to install it on Monday, mean while what he did today got us through the weekend. Thanks Paul, I'm impressed with your knowledge and honesty.

The guy did great job in detecting leak in our hot water line. The rates are little high but worth it.

Love these guys. My pool is leaking, I had two previous people out to correct the problem, both diagnosed incorrectly and made and charged me for repairs that didn't correct the problem. Called Affordable leak detection, spoke with Wayne. He and his brother showed up exactly when they said they would, knew exactly what to do, correctly identified and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price I was happy to pay.

Alex arrived early to do a water heater maintenance check and was very thorough and took his time to explain everything to me. He let me know about potential problems but was not pushy or tried forcing me into getting things I did not need yet. He went above and beyond to fix some minor things and again, explained everything very thoroughly while being friendly and courteous. Thank you for your help Alex! This man deserves a raise!I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Goettl and I recommend anyone who needs air conditioner or plumbing help to use them.
