I had a positive experience with this plumbing company. The team was friendly, and the results were impressive.

I had a great experience with this company. Dennis came to check out a clogged floor drain at my restaurant and was very honest and humble. After working for over an hour, he could not clear the clog. Whatever is blocking the pipe is inorganic (he pulled a chipped piece of ceramic out) and to fix it he said he'd have to get access to the space below mine so he could remove the pipe. It's not something we could accomplish at the time, but said he'd be happy to come back out and provide a free quote once we could get access. He also insisted I not pay for his time since he did not fix the issue. I spoke with several other companies who specifically said they would charge me regardless of whether the fixed the issue.

Service like this (especially with commercial work) is extremely rare, so it's great to work with someone decent who actually cares about the customer and getting the job done.

Three and a half years ago, Tony & I [Sandy] had an emergency plumbing issue and contacted your company for help. We welcomed Blake later in the evening after hours and were amazed at his professional and considerate manner with which he resolved our problem. We have an older home, built in the 50's and Blake needed to find our main line so returned promptly the next morning to finish the needed repair. We were so impressed by his personal attention to our situation along with his knowledge in plumbing. He explained each step clearly and helped us with plumbing suggestions to help us in the future. Tony and I kept our receipt with his name on it over the years in case we needed your company and to specifically request his personal assistance with any future plumbing issues! WELL, on June 3, 2019 we once again needed assistance with our plumbing, found our 3 1/2 year old receipt, called and was delighted to hear Blake was still working for you and we immediately expressed that we wanted to request him to personally return to our home if possible to help us again! We waited throughout the day as he was busy with other calls but it was worth waiting for him. He came to help us after hours and once again we had the awesome experience of being in good hands with our plumbing issue. He is truly an outstanding asset in representing your company here in the Las Vegas, Nevada area! His integrity, courtesy and professional knowledge of his craft is exceptional! Alex was on time and professional. They deliver a quality product at prices that are far more reasonable than the competition. Let's get some numbers: they were $500 cheaper than Pure plumbing and $1000 cheaper than Air Pro Master plumbing. Other plumbing companies charge $90 -$100 just to come out to give an estimate and do not roll that fee into cost of repair or work. Blurpee's gave Same quality of workman ship that the other high priced companies would have provided for my project to install pipe work for a water softener system. Highly recommend.

Blue Diamond Plumbing was sent out by AHS to look at our shower faucet since it was leaking. When they arrived I mentioned to the plumber about the possibility of the cartridge being bad (it had been replaced recently, but we were suspcious that it was a dud). Right away he started talking about how it was most likely the shower valve and that was going to be very expensive to repair and AHS would most likely not cover the whole repair. I told him I understood, but asked that he double check the cartridge first. After he was done looking at the shower (all of 5 minutes) he stated the cartridge was fine and it was for sure the valve which would be very pricey. He told me he would call me by the end of the day with more information and send his report to AHS. He never called and it took 3 days and multiple phone calls from AHS to get him to send his report so we could see what would be covered. Of course AHS wasn't going to cover everything and we were quoted $650 out of pocket. We chose to take the payout from AHS for what they would cover and call another plumber to look at the shower. Turns out it was the cartridge and for $170 we no longer have a leaky shower faucet. SHAME ON BLUE DIAMOND PLUMBING for trying to scam someone who was putting their faith in their knowledge and trusted them to be honest!!!! Totally disgusting and unacceptable. I would have possibly paid $650 for an uneeded repair and still would have had a leaky faucet!
