Late Saturday afternoon, I walked into the casa after being outside for a few minutes. It felt stuffy. I checked the digital thermostat and it was blank. No reading, no control settings, dead. After flipping every circuit breaker several times over the next hour or so, nothing. I called Simply Air, who handle our maintenance. Shawn,the same tech who came out last April arrived at 8:00am Sunday morning. He warned us the last time that the system was on its last legs, including pics of corrosion and deterioration. But with medical expenses and a lack of income this year, we decided to see if it could make it through year 17. Nope. Controller board was cooked, it was time. Because what else would you want to do with $14,000? I knew it was inevitable, but no one ever wants to have to replace their HVAC system because it's a big job and not cheap. BUT…the new system would be installed first thing Monday morning, just in time for another round of serious Nevada heat!

Three men in Simply Air uniforms arrived early Monday morning - Mike, Ryley, and Eli. These three guys were absolutely stellar. Talented, professional, friendly, polite, and worked non-stop for 8 ½ hours in very demanding conditions.

The AC came back on around 5:30pm Monday evening and we were feeling more comfortable immediately.

Only 48 hours from the crash to a completely new system. That’s FAST!

I would recommend Call of Dooty Above any others that I have called in the past, thank goodness I was blessed to have them come out and help me with my problem considering one of our better known home warranty companies were giving me the runaround, I had a clog in my pipes and wasn’t sure if I had iron pipes or not, I wasn’t sure about a lot of things but they took the time and the patience To deal with all of my questions and not to mention help me with Camera and a snake For 1/3 of the price of anybody else I called, they were professional, on time and willing to work with you considering your circumstance I will definitely be using call of dooty From here on out! Tim and Matt came out to service my hot water heater and inspect my water lines and went above and beyond in their service.
Then today I called and spoke with Andrea (very friendly and helpful) about a pilot light issue and she got me on the books asap. We managed to fix the issue ourselves, so I called back and spoke with Kayla (also very friendly and helpful) to cancel. She canceled it immediately (no kind of charge) and offered to refund my payment immediately.
Overall I have been extremely happy with Alaskan Plumbing for several years now. I highly recommend them!

The plumber provided exceptional service. They were thorough in their work and even gave me tips to prevent future plumbing problems.

I’m a fairly private person, but what I can say is that Louis helped me locate the source of the pipe leaks we had and they happened to be in an extremely inconvenient and difficult to get to area in the home. He did a fantastic job of repairing the leaks and getting the piping back in order. Informative, honest, and upfront with me about the problems we were seeing and what it would take to repair it

A Team sent a crew out to our old house (built 1952) to see if they could help us with a completely blocked sewer line from our washer and sink to the main line going to the septic. They carefully found the main line using some high tech sounding device, dug a trench in our cement floor, and re-routed the line. When they were done, everything worked perfectly and the cement was refinished. My wife and I
