We contacted Jump 2 it Plumbing to replace my garbage disposal. They text me right with updates on scheduling my appointment, and text me on the day of the appointment to tell me they were in route. They were very good at communication. When they got to the house they were kind, and professional. They were able to get everything done in under an hour. I will definitely call them again!

Nick is very responsive and professional, waiting for me at my rental house, and diagnose the issue quickly, and explain the problem clearly, in the end he identified the issue is not in his service offer, he end-up not charging the service call, and give me a referral to a landscaper that he trust. Definitely this is my best experience after moving to Las Vegas.

They replaced my fried garbage disposal. Called them on Friday and scheduled me the next day in the afternoon. Then called at 10:15 next morning to say there a couple of cancellations and could they come earlier. I said yes. In the next 90 minutes they arrived. In 15 minutes they were done replacing it. Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

Called on Sunday at noon, Eric came right over & was very prepared & very knowledgeable, he diagnosed my collapsed pipe with in 25 mins, & instead of suggesting a costly repair on the old disintegrating pipes like other companies would, he came up with a sensible solution that not only solved my problem, but saved me alot of money!!! It is nice to know that good honest people still exist...Thanks Eric!!!
