Used this company to have a tankless water heater installed. David and Ronald were both very helpful and informative. David did a great job on the installation and the end product looks very nice.

David responded to my late request within 10 minutes and we set up an appointment for the following day. David was thorough in explaining everything and we decided to replace our old water heater with tankless one. David was available to install at our appointment and got our system working flawlessly! We are very happy we found Nothing But Water Heaters!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible technician that came and ruined my water heater. I will not name the individual so I’ll call him “Bob Contois”. This technician had no idea what he was doing. His knowledge about water heaters is terrible (I doubt he knows how to do anything other than to replace the tank). He is very clumsy and I noticed he is not comfortable doing anything too difficult. He needed constant supervision and watching over as he seemed lost always contacting his boss. At the end of his 2 hour service he ended up ruining my water heater causing a flood on my floor and wanted to charge me to drain the tank as it was not part of his duties. He was in panic mode when the leak started and ran out the house as if it is not his fault. The worst technician I have ever dealt with in my life and I have done residential/business construction for 14 years. He should be fired before the company loses more money or even worse the company get sued for his incompetence.

Fortunately, I spoke to the owners (David an d Ronald) and told them the situation and they worked with me to fix the problem. Ronald came personally and replaced the water heater as it was already damaged from “Bob”. He was very professional explained everything he was doing and made sure there were no leaks of any sort before leaving. His service was exactly what I would want when dealing with an already existing stressful situation. I can not blame the company for the doing of one individual they went beyond to fix a problem and I appreciate the response from Ronald.

Nothing But Water Heaters hits the mark when it comes to water heater replacement and CUSTOMER SERVICE. The 5 star reviews are well warranted. I had them come out and give me a quote to remove an old tank unit, install a new tankless, move it across the garage, runs lines, pull permits and the WORKS. They came out same day and the quote was very reasonable. They were very responsive to all my questions after the quote as well.

The job was done in stages due to waiting for permits, inspection, and gas hookup. Both Bob and David (who worked on my project) did great jobs. We had some issues after final hookup and David went above and beyond to find the problem. (In the end the issues had nothing to do with the work they did - but another plumbing problem in the house).

We couldn't be happier with our Navien tankless unit and I appreciate working with a company who truly cares about the the work they do and their customers.

He gave me a no BS final quote and what the work will entail...unlike the others the pricing is so outrageous and wanted extra stuff added that is not required. I can't say enough good things about this company. I called at 9AM for an estimate on a water heater replacement, they arrived by 10AM and the job was complete by noon (they carry water heaters with them). Ronald was very professional (the company is owned by two brothers), and even handed me my Amazon delivery. It's the little things! Called NBWH on a Thursday because my hot water was yellow and David advised a tech would be out the same day between 4 to 6 pm and even received a text message for the appointment. I was surprised to receive a call from Ronald before 10 am that day saying he was able to come out earlier than promised. He came out before 11 am, flushed out the water heater to see what was going on and showed me the rust colored water that was being dispensed. Ronald was very professional and friendly throughout the whole service. He explained my options and provided answers and/or suggestions to all my questions. They were professional, however when quoting me the price I asked if the price including everything. The gentlemen said yes, everything. To my surprise and disappointment, it did not include everything, which cost me an extra $600.00. I did not want old parts on a new water heater.

I needed my water heater to be swapped out because the water heater I purchased at Home Depot failed after 3 years of service. The warranty was for 6 years.

Ronald came to my home and gave me a free quote. I felt he was honest and I could trust him. Another technician had come to my home earlier and it was double the price and he was trying to scare me.

David asked if he could come 1 hour early and I said Yes. He removed the water heater and we drove to Home Depot (10 min away). Home Depot gave me store credit and used that to purchase the new water heater. The difference was $225.

David installed the new water heater and the whole job was complete in 2 hours.

He was willing to try to replace it the same day, and went to 3 stores, but the water heater we needed would not be available until Monday morning. He came back on Saturday to remove the leaking water heater and he showed up again on time, and with a positive disposition. Good, clean work with very reasonable prices. Having owned multiple homes in various states over the past 40 years I have had many contacts with a lot of companies over the years. This company exemplifies the adage that the customer comes first, a mind set that has been lost by corporate America.
A very minor hiccup developed after the installation and when contacted David responded expeditiously and resolved the issue. Nice to know that he was not done with the job the moment he was paid like so many other contractors in today’s world.

My wife and I had been kicking around the idea of a tankless water heater for a couple of years and this week we finally decided to at least call around for a quote and maybe move forward with one. I did a couple hours of research - I wasn't sure if we should just go down to Home Depot and talk to them, turns out there's a lot of people with bad experiences with their contractors, so we turned to yelp google reviews. I'm always a bit weary of yelp google reviews, it can be hard to separate what feels like fake good reviews from real bad reviews, plus the mix of angry karens in there too. I felt good about the reviews I read from Nothing But Water Heaters, so i picked up the phone and called.

David happened to be 10 minutes away, wrapping up some work and offered to head right over for a quote. The quote process was perfectly thorough - David got an idea of our daily use, needs, etc and provided a full quote on the spot. As luck would have it, he was available to get the install started right away.

A few hours later, we ended up with a clean looking install that we're 100% happy with. Before he left, David spent plenty of time answering all of my questions, and even offering information I didn't think to ask. This is day 3 of using the new tankless water heater and we love it. I don't have to rush the end of my shower against the end of the hot water. I don't have to worry about running dishes or laundry when someone is showering. And we don't have to worry about using all of the hot water just to fill a bath tub that's going to just get cold in 10 minutes. Its perfect.

If you're considering a tankless water heater, call these guys! If your existing tank breaks, call these guys! Its honestly one of the smoothest and quickest experiences I've had.

I was very impressed by how organized
the technician was.
He brought a bucket to catch spilled water from
the tank and the pan.
He brought rags to wipe the area clean before
placing the new tank.
In addition to replacing the tank,
he replaced all the hoses and fittings.
He installed spacers between the tank and the wall
to prevent damage to the drywall.
He picked up all his trash and he hauled away
the old water heater.

Even the Clark County inspector was impressed
by the quality of the work.

My husband and I have been wanting to convert to a tankless water heater as we have a dual showerhead in our master and ran out of hot water quickly, particularly in the winter. So this year we did some investigating on tankless water heaters and decided it was not only a good investment but would ensure hot water for our property.

Initially we received a quote of $4200 to convert our property so that a tankless unit could be installed. We thought that was rather high so I looked online for a different company and I stumbled across Nothing But Water Heaters. The owner, David, came out right away and gave a much more reasonable quote of $3800,out the door to remove our current tanked unit, convert and install a new tankless water heater.

He gave the estimate, was given approval and completed the install all in one day. He cleaned up everything and the new system looks great! We are very happy with the quality, price and knowledge David had. As a bonus the unit installed ( Navien NPE-240S) does qualify for the $225 rebate through SW Gas so if we do end up getting that it will have cost us $3575 to get a new tankless water heater.

I definitely recommend David and his company and will use and refer him when needed! The reviews don't lie and I can see why this honest and fair company has such high reviews!

This is the first time I've used Nothing but Water Heaters. I was experiencing some issues that I believed to be water heater related, but wasn't sure. When I called, David listened to me describe what was going on, offered some insight as to potential causes, and committed to have someone at the house early afternoon between 1-3pm. I called NBWH on Memorial Day when I discovered my water heater leaking. David said they would send someone out the next morning and they arrived on time.
I talked to the technician Manny, about possibly replacing it with a tankless unit. He explained the pros and cons and cost related to installation.
Based on use and cost I ended up replacing with a regular water heater.
Manny had brought one and was able to install at the time.

One of the last honest, fair, and hard working companies. I used Angieslist and got several companies who gave me various prices to replace my 40 gallon water heater. I also called Yes Plumbing and Goettl. I chose this company by random and I was very pleasantly surprised. They are great on customer service and they show up on time! They are knowledgeable on plumbing/building codes. Since I live in unincorporated Clark County, the building code is different than Las Vegas City or Henderson. Another company charged me extra for things that aren't needed and lied to me saying that it is mandatory anywhere in Las Vegas. That is not true. This company already knew what is required and what is not. That big blue overflow tank? Well, it's not needed in unincorporated Clark County. But it is required in Las Vegas City, North Las Vegas, and Henderson. About 1/2 of the houses in Las Vegas are in unincorporated Clark County. Don't let other plumbers rip you off selling you things that you don't need. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My water heater stopped working so I found Nothing But Water Heaters on Yelp. They had great reviews so I called them. They gave me a window that afternoon and showed up right on time.
Within 5 minutes the technician determined the issue and fixed it. He then vacuumed the water heater closet and showed me what to do if it happened again.
He was professional, personable and interested in customer service over making a quick buck.
Long story short, my water heater is working great and all for the service fee of $49.

Don’t be skeptical about all the 5-star reviews here or on Yelp. They are legit! David is the best plumber (or contractor of any kind) I ever worked with! and I’ve worked with hundreds over the years. He is a rare find in Las Vegas, someone who really cares about his work and the outcome and does whatever it takes to make sure the customer is satisfied and does it at a fair price. Started with a no non-sense quote and he explained things way better than the other guys (who told me some things that didn’t even make sense or David convinced was not the right way to do it). He put in a top-of-the-line tankless Navien for half the price of what some of the big companies were quoting, and he did it the next day on a holiday weekend! We are thrilled so far with the unit but especially the clean installation. Thanks David!! Joe in the office is a great guy to work with also.

Wow! I have nothing but 10 stars for this company. We did a full remodel in our new home and every single vendor we’ve had was not as professional as these guys. I would recommend them day in and day out but hopefully I don’t have to use them anytime soon because let’s pray my water heater lasts. I am selling my home. This company was sent to examine a water heater that would not light. Its repairman called me while standing with the buy’s agent and the inspector and tried to upsell me on replacing the entire unit, rather than just fixing what was wrong with it. He unprofessionally and unnecessarily put doubts into the heads of the sellers that the unit will soon fail entirely, essentially forcing me into a $1,500 repair rather than a couple hundred to fix the ignition. I have never witnessed anything so unprofessional in my life.

Our water heater failed late in the afternoon, and I had a huge day scheduled at work the next morning really early - the thought of a cold shower to begin the day was a downer! Bob verified that our 16 yr old water heater was finished, and just happened to have a 50 gal. Rheem Pro Series water heater on the van - he installed it right then! Had my 7 year old 40 gal water heater replaced and installed a new Rheem 50 gal tank. David and Ron arrived within the 2-hr timeframe they said they’d be coming. After going through with them what need to be done, David gave me a quote. Knowing from other customer reviews, I figured his price must be reasonable, I then accepted what was quoted. Immediately David and Ron started the work. David installed the new water heater tank. He also replaced, old pipes and rerouted the timer water pipe so it won’t be flimsy. The original pipe line was so flimsy. I believe David completed the removal and installation in less than 2 hrs. Called Nothing But Water Heaters about 5pm on a Monday and left a message, David called me back minutes later and scheduled a tech for approx 8am the following morning to look at my problem and give me an estimate and discuss options. Manny was there at 8:10. The price was fair and I told him to proceed. He had the old water heater out and the new one installed in less than 90 minutes including cleaning some of the rust stains on the garage floor from the leak.

Called at 7:30 pm and stated another company had been by to fix the water heater but said it had to be replaced and quoted a price in excess of 2000. Prior to arrival, I had the opportunity to speak with the tech, Bob, who spent a good 15 minutes answering questions. He arrived early, finished the task quickly and professionally. The broken water heater had warranty left so he loaded it up in his truck, followed me to Home Depot and took it into the store for me where I received a store credit. Who does that these days? I will use this company to make sure this water heater is maintained as well.

These guys are the best! Called them around 7:30a about my 50 gal water heater flooding my laundry room. Ronaldo showed up at 10:00a and was able to give me a quote (under 2k, beyond reasonable!!) in 5 minutes. Brand new water heater, new lines, new shut off valve, new breaker in my laundry room, water leak pan with a drain (so my laundry room won’t flood again). He was gone by 2:00p. Also the nicest repair man I’ve ever dealt with.

We called them for an estimate for a replacement on our old water heater which we were afraid was near its life's end and also add a comfort pump to insure hot water without running the faucet for 10 minutes in our master bathroom. They were $1500 less than the big plumbing firms in the area. David arrived and did an outstanding job. He felt my frustration and really tried to help me that day. I was able to schedule for the next day. David came out and performed an inspection to make sure the entire unit needed to be repaired. It definitely did. He had the new 75 gal water heater installed in about 2-3 hours. He went over maintenance with me and was just amazing. He noticed the main valve that turns off water to my house was broken (he turned water off from the street). So I will have that repaired next. Just an overall great experience.

Used this company to do annual flush of my tankless water heater, a highly recommended procedure here in the Las Vegas area due to the hrs water. Very professional and great to work with. My water heater got damaged by a leak from the water heater from the upstairs unit at my complex. After looking up a few reviews, I called Nothing But Water Heaters. I spoke to David, who also came out to do the repair. I was given a 2 hour timeframe between 10am and 12pm and David showed up a few minutes after 10am which I was impressed by. I called late Tuesday with a leaky water heater and Nothing But Water Heaters was able to squeeze me into their schedule Wednesday morning. They worked quickly and efficiently to install a new water heater, finishing early enough to enable me to make an 11am appointment that I had previously made. I was very happy with the quality of their work and their friendly service.

Installed circulating pump to a new tankless system someone else recently installed. My new tankless system presented NEW problems but David was “relentless “ in resolving my problem.He put in hours and repeated visits determined to resolved it. In the end he resolved it.....no one else would have taken that time on one project. This says VOLUMES to his work ethic.....and I’m very grateful for those efforts.

UPDATE: Knocking this down from 5 stars to 1. The installation did not pass inspection. I called, and a tech is coming out to fix the issues. Here is the rub: the website advertises Same-Day Service. That should definitely come off from there. Neither my original call nor the second appointment had same-day availability. I understand that the times are tough -- but that's not an excuse for advertising what's not an option. Now, I am looking at the tail end of the scheduled two-hour window with a good chance of them barely making it. My schedule is scrambled and there is not much I can do about it -- the issues need fixing. Oh, well!
SECOND UPDATE: Ron made it with 10 minutes to spare. Fixing things. Back to 3 stars.

Had 2 water heaters installed today. Nothing but Water Heaters did an exceptional job in replacing my old water heaters with new Rheem top line water heaters. I had several quotes but this company was the most responsive plus best price. I highly recommend them.

It all started when my coworker's water heater leaked which caused a huge amount of damage that got me thinking I should check how old my existing unit was. Lo and behold it's 11 years old so I wasn't going to chance it.

I've always gotten multiple quotes (3) usually to get the best price and believe me, look no further than Nothing but Water Heaters as they've got THE BEST price in town! I didn't even need to check with that 3rd company.
