We've been using Arturo as our only plumber since 2015. He's installed two toilets, and pulled and replaced multiple faucet/shower cartridges for us. Arturo's work is superb, clean and fast. But the best part is his value pricing. No where in the Las Vegas valley can you get this level of quality work without spending major $$$. Arturo takes the pain out of finding quality plumbing work by providing his services at a reasonable price. Also a very friendly guy who will put you at ease. Straight shooter, owner operated and none of the BS you get with the big plumbing companies. Five Stars!

As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share.
I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part.
The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min to watch if it still leaks, left and charged $262.
Apparently Aqua Plumbing starts their timer when the plumber leaves his house (which was not disclosed during during the initial phone call), you pay him at a full rate of $131/hour for all the drive time, then the repair time and the time he spends watching dirt dry (45 minutes). BTW who watches a coupling for 45 minutes to see if it still leaks?
Anyways, the initial bill was $262 to tighten the old compression coupling - the office manager was again nice to me and dropped the bill to $131 after we spoke.

Terrible experience. I’m sure the will reply with some bs excuse but this company is deceitful. They would not even explain the damage when they were the original installers. Toilet was never fixed properly and this company lied, stole our money and did not warranty their work. Be very careful and proceed with caution with Raptor Plumbing

Ace-A1 Plumbing ROCKS. If the service person hits a snag, the owner comes to work it out. Used them 2 times, both times perfect.

Had someone from this company out last summer and was impressed with their service which is why they were the first company I called when I was looking to replace my HVAC system.

They had someone out the next day on a Friday to help talk me through options and everything was installed with a fancy new thermostat on Monday.

Scott, Jeff, and Joey (I'm going based off the communication texts. I'm so sorry if I forgot anybody!) were extremely friendly and respectful. Installation went quick and everything was working great when they left!

The one thing I was most impressed with is how knowledgeable and passionate everyone seemed to be about what they were doing. These guys know what they're doing and you really are in good hands with them.
