All that I can say is Amazing! Punctual, does great work, and all around a great! Has helped me out of a pinch more than a dozen times. I once had my basement flood in a rental property of mine and John Sutter took care of the entire situation. He found the leak, replaced my pump and put it in a better location, and also found the right company to dry out the walls, replace the carpet and was just very helpful all around. It is very tough to find good help with emergency projects, but I trust John Sutter and anyone that he recommends!!!

Anthony did great work. He came out the first day to assess the situation and then day 2 came out and got it all taken care of. Even gave us suggestions on how to prevent leakage in the future. Great work and an honest guy.

Our old cast iron and lead drain pipes had deteriorated to the point where they about to collapse. John quickly assessed the problem and gave us an estimate and a timeline for fixing it. It was a complicated problem that involved tearing out and replacing a multiple array of pipes. He and his colleague managed to complete the job and under the estimate.I would say that your employees are more artists than plumbers.I have used Quality Plumbing several times over the last 30 years and have always been more than satisfied

Technician was professional and helpful with the concerns I had on my A/C unit not working very well this last couple of days. The A/C unit had froze up and not cooling properly, however started working properly while technician was at property. The cause was between airflow and drainage. Technician made some suggestions to try and see if still have some problems over the next week to call back.

We had a big problem with 30 year old plumbing in a shower. Ron got it resolved and saved us a major renovation.Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. And lives close by ... always a plus Already have plans to Use Hayes Plumbing for our next bathroom project. Thanks Ron!

Came to fix a burst pipe but then said they didn't have time to fix it but charged me $374 to cap it with a sharkbite in about 10 minutes. Then advised I need another appointment to actually fix the issue. The response from the company was a complete lie. They never told me that it was emergency rates or that they would not have time to fix the issue. Avoid this company!
