Had a burst pipe. Called insurance. Googled plumber near me. Read the reviews n chose Devoted. KTP was knowledgeable and thorough. Never felt like I had a stranger in my house.
Returned with a smile after the water mitigation company made a goof and he fixed it straight away. Made me feel like a priority. Worked the solution rather than the problem. Worked late to get the job done.
To give you an idea...he came back to turn the light off in my attic because he had seen it from the drive. It was a simple gesture, to prevent me from walking up my steep stairs. Other company had left it on. Character.

Electric water heater began leaking. I had to call for an emergency plumber. Mario drained the water heater tank so that it wouldn't flood the upstairs bathroom and drip water thru the ceiling into the first floor. Mario is an fantastic plumber.

Chris was professional , courteous, knowledgeable and upfront about the many problems we had with our drains and sewer lines. Be hard for me to recommend anyone else. He had people to recommend for our other sewer line issues that were outstanding also. Thanks AAAce Drain Cleaning!

I didn't end up using Bob Hamilton for the repairs I needed because a family member was to do them for me. But I would recommend for them for their customer service and professionalism. Jamie was the tech sent for the consultation and he was nice and helpful
