Awful! If I could give 0 stars I would! Bait and switch type operation when you pay for maintenance plan. We had gold level (used to be platinum - but they did away with that). Even two days late requesting review and we fired them!! Quoted $626 for a job that should have been less than $100 - but then there would have been service fee on top. Told them not to repair. Waste of my time. So disappointing!!

Chase with KC Water Heaters was great! Very knowledgeable! I got quotes from 5 other companies, not only was he the cheapest, but because all he does is water heaters during the consultation he discovered things the other guys never noticed!

After 4 weeks and two other plumbing companies were sent to the house who could not fix a fly trap, that started jack hammering our floor and tell us they did not know how to fix the leak in the basement, AHS finally sent out Quick Relief Plumbing. The plumber from Quick Relief looked at the pipe leading through the floor, looked up under the ceiling tiles and in 45 mins had the issue resolved! No breaking up my concrete floor, no cutting walls. They were fast, thorough, professional, informative and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them! I know I will use them again. They were affordable and fair! They found the most economical way to do repairs, did not try to price gouge us. I would give them 10 stars if this app let me. Thank you Quick Relief Plumbing!

They came to my listing to hydro-jet a sewer line. They both were very clean, easy to speak to, and were very careful not to damage floors/walls of our home. They even let me film them doing the job!! I was pleased with their customer service & extensive knowledge that both of them had over how to clean out the drain. These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

They were prompt and professional in responding to my initial inquiry and scheduled a free visit to come take a look. During the service visit, Jake assessed the issue, explained the problem to and outlined the steps needed to fix it. Overall, my experience with Zoom drain was excellent.
