Electric water heater began leaking. I had to call for an emergency plumber. Mario drained the water heater tank so that it wouldn't flood the upstairs bathroom and drip water thru the ceiling into the first floor. Mario is an fantastic plumber.

Our wasn't working, turned out to be just that our toddler had flipped off the furnace switch that sends power to our thermostat. The repairman was nice about it though, and inspected our HVAC system while he was here. He identified potential issues (as all technicians love to do), but wasn't pushy about upselling us and having us get it all restored today. When we do decide to get it corrected or upgraded, we'll give them a call.

Nolan was on time, told me upfront what the work cost would be, and then explained step by step what he would be doing. He was careful on the flooring and cabinets, managed to clear the backed up drain and then went above and beyond by replacing a portion of pipe that was previously cut to short! superb job cleaning up and Nolan has a personality.

I contacted and left a message pretty late at night, they got back to me a little while later and scheduled me for the next morning. I had some nasty old cast iron drains that were rotted away, and the one main repair turned into 3. Each time Zac H and his apprentice were up front about how to proceed and the best and worst case scenarios. They took pains to repair all the issues with the least cost to me. The final price ended up only a bit more than I expected with just the original fix. I recommend these guys, this was an emergency for us, we basically couldn't use water in most of our house, and instead of bending us over the barrel, these guys were trying to help. They worked from the morning right through to the evening almost without taking a break.

Had some frozen pipes that burst on Christmas Eve. Julian arrived out Christmas Day and saved our holiday. He was thorough and explained step he had to take to find the leaks. Walter and Andre provided professional excellence in removing and replacing our leaking water heater that was beyond repair. They removed the old and installed a Bradford-White water heater. Their installation was far more professional than the building Depot Russian installers. Walter showed me all they did wrong or could have done better. Nobody wants to replace a water heater, but if you do and you want it done right, it's worth a few extra bucks compared to other estimates to have the work done right by professionals. Also thrilled to service local business over a hardware chain.
