I used this company through my insurance for the pipes in my house when I was having some stoppage problems in my bathroom and kitchen area. I had to call these two gentlemen out on a weekend with very little notice because all the other plumbing contractors through my insurance were not interested in working on the weekend with such little notice(understandable). When they arrived the issue was quickly diagnosed via a camera in the main drain and the problem roots were swiftly removed from the drain. I cannot explain how happy I am with the professionalism and know-how this duo showed. They told me their names but unfortunately I cant remember at the moment. Thank you guys so much for helping me on such short notice and I will be requesting this company if I ever have any other issues with my plumbing. 5 stars! fantastic work!

I am an investor with many rental properties in the Kansas City area. I have been using Wel-Don for many years. Apparently, they have new owners, and the quality of work has suffered greatly. I have had them out several times on the same home to clear the main drain to the street. Today I had them out again for the same reason and they finally were able to clear the drain. The tech stated most plumbing companies won't run a snake all the way to the street because they're afraid of getting their snake hung up on the main sewer line. Apparently, my problem was tree roots right at the city's sewer line. Not only did they not clear the issue many calls previously, but they charged me $165 per call. In addition, today they wanted immediate payment upon completion stating they had a new system in place.

After making an appointment for 4 p.m., requiring me to leave work early, the plumber had not shown up by 4:30. When I called, he said that he would be unable to get to my appointment due to a large repair he was working on, but would set me up for a 7 a.m. appointment the next morning. However, by 7:30 the next day, he still had not arrived or called. When I called, I got voicemail. Nearly two hours after my appointment, I still have not heard from him. Being pushed back because of a large repair I can understand. Rudeness I cannot.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.

Worst service ever. I called at 7:22am with an emergency, water flowing through my house, called and told them the situstiin, they said they would have someone out ASAP. 8:30am rolls around, no one here, so I call again, we are on the way, someone will be there within the hour. 9:34am I call and tell them to stay away from my house. If you want good service or have an emergency, DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE.

Neighbor hired them to disconnect the water line to their property. They dug a hole in my yard and did not grade the dirt. Now I have to mow around a big pile of dirt and a growing hole in my yard, Neighbors slow down and point at my house when they walk or drive by. I have contacted him 3 times now and he always says he will be out to fix it. This has been going on for 6 months now.
