Justin K. was very professional while at the same time he was polite and conversational. He did an excellent job on the installation. I will always ask for him on future projects.

Two weeks ago Chris diagnosed the gas leak to my living room fireplace, described the needed repair, and gave a price quote.Today Chris returned to do the project. He had to be resourceful to get at the broken valve, cut pipes, create new connections. He explained the work to me and showed me the process as he went along. He could have run an entirely new gas supply line (and charged me accordingly), but he evaluated that the existing line is intact and worthy of continued service.Chris is knowledgeable, technical, thorough, neat and left me feeling confident with the work. He is good.Once again I am grateful for KB.

Never called back. Maybe that's a good sign for J. But not for me.

Steve replaced our 31 year-old water heater with a modern tankless type. This was a challenging job in a 100 year-old house. He did a fine job with the installation and cleaned up well afterwards. We are pleased with the the quality installation and the seemingly endless supply of hot water.
He also responded to an emergency leak from a faulty dishwasher and replaced a defective shutoff valve on short notice.
I recommend him for work in mature houses.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!
