I called Hayes about a hot water issue. He had the problem diagonosed in seconds. I had hot water back in less than an hour!

Ron returned my call on the same day, arrived as scheduled, and efficiently repaired a leaking toilet. Ron provided several scenarios for solutions, and started with the most likely and cheaper approach knowing a second visit may be needed. Luckily it did not, but I'm appreciative that Ron worked hard to save us money.

Completed minor tasks was at my home 1.5 hour and charged me $240 in LAbor. That's $160 per hour . Charged more than the big guys with big buildings and this guy works out of his house, thought he would be more reasonably priced. I was WRONG.

Ron replaced an outside hose faucet. He was prompt, courteous and did the job at a fair price. He fixed it about a month ago and it works great. I highly recommend him.

Well thier website says opens at 8am on Saturday well called 3 times on Saturday morning and was dropped to voice mail didn't leave thought by the site he would be open I know should have left a message

I wanted to leave a review about Ron. I was having a bit of a challenging plumbing issue and wasn't really sure what I needed to do. I called Ron, left a message and he called me back shortly after. Even though Ron didn't end up coming to my house (at least not yet :)), he spent close to 30 minutes on the phone with me talking through various scenarios and provided VERY helpful guidance. I had worked with a shower problem for 1 hour and couldn't find a solution. I finally decided to call a plumber. Thankfully Hayes plumbing was the first one I could get a hold of. Over the phone I explained to him what was going on. He politely told me what the problem was and how to fix it right over the phone. I'm glad I didn't call another plumber who would've charged me $50 just to show up. Hayes Plumbing is definitely honest.
