The jetted tub was not being used because the water filled too slowly--It's being used today. He corrected the sprinkler hookup so that it is before the water pressure regulator and they work better than ever! Nicest guy and very reasonable.

Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

I called Jerry last week for the first time for a sump pump repair/replacement. He was out quickly, answered my questions and installed a new one, fixing an issue with last installation. I was very pleased and knew if I had a plumbing issue again he would be my first call. Didn’t expect to have a pipe burst a few days later on Christmas night! We caught it quickly so just turned off water and texted Jerry. He came out first thing the next day and fixed it. Both times I was very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and price. Definitely my go to plumber now.

He was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns and was very confident in being able to correct all the issues. With all the work I had completed at my home, the final bill was reasonable. I was very pleased!!! BONUS.... he was great with my small children, with the non stop questions from my children, he was very patient and talked with them. I had a leaky bathtub faucet and needed a plumber. My plumber I normally used finally called at 6pm saying he couldn’t make it at all over the weekend. I called Rice Plumbing. Mrs. Rice came out next day, Saturday, and fixed the problem. She was extremely professional and solved my problem quickly. Very fair on pricing. My plumber of choice from now on
