I needed my water heater replaced because it was leaking and Durbin Plumbing came out that same morning and replaced it before lunch. The tech's that came out wore masks and gloves and were very respectful for social distancing and were glad to only use the back door so my wife and kids could stay distant as well! A+ from us!

Had Bryant come out last year because Heat Pump outside was making a terrible noise (ice build up) Tech came out and said both heat pump and AC were shot (Trane system) only 6 years old, was told I need either a 2000 dollar fix or could just replace it for under 10 grand? I told him to stop ad I would get someone else to look at it, he told my wife that Trane is not a good system, and it needed repaired immediately, told him no thank you and called someone else.They fixed it for 400 dollars and it's been running perfect ever since., Bryant was only interested in making us replace the whole system.

Shane was easy to contact! He returned my call immediately . He was professional, polite and knowledgable. He was prepared and completed the difficult job in a timely manner. His price was very reasonable.

I paid $3,100 for them to come take out the flooring/old shower and bath and put in new subfloor as well as a new bath shower combo in one of my bathrooms.

I had another contractor come out and do the tile work, he was working a commercial job on a hotel in Etown so it took about 5 weeks for him to get around to tiling my bathroom.

The guy at Austin Bryan told me to just give them a call once the tile work was finished and they would come back out to hook my toilet and sink back up and paint the bathroom.

As soon as the tile guy finished I called Austin bryan to set up a time to get the job finished (I had already paid them in full).
It took about a week to get a call back. I realize they’re busy and it could have taken several weeks to get someone out to finish the job, I was fine with that and wasn’t in a huge rush.

However the person they ended up sending stood me up 4 or 5 times (I have all the texts still). I took multiple days off work and cancelled plans with a friend to sit around on multiple occasions just to be stood up, no call, no show. The first texts from the person who was sent out were on August 8th. Saying he would be at my house to paint. The only things needing done in my very small bathroom were the walls sanded and painted, toilet hooked up, sink hooked up and caulking around the shower/tub. Several hours of work at most. This went on until August 24th. So a few hours of work took 16 days and the job wasn’t even completed.

Finally after weeks of going back and forth the bathroom was painted (poorly, I had to go back and sand areas of the wall down and repaint), the toilet was hooked up however a piece was missing for the sink. I thought the guy left to get the missing piece but he never came back. No calls, texts, nothing.
I had to hire another plumber to come out and hook the sink up as I didn’t want to risk missing more work to sit around for someone to no call/no show multiple times.

When every other company gave us the run around when we were trying to go through our home warranty place, these folks came out promptly and fixed our problem quickly! Not only that, they were honest and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be recommending them and keeping them in mind for any future jobs. They put customers first and I cannot express how appreciative I am of this company.

Courteous explained what he did good job. Great job preformed. Explained the condition of the unit, Replaced furnance and humidifier filters. On time, wore foot protectors. Would recomend him anytime

Highland plumbing is great. My wife and I came home one evening to find our kitchen soaked and covered with water leading from the kitchen sink. Called highland plumbing and they were at our home bright and early the next morning and corrected our problem flawlessly in under and hour!

They were very professional and kind, and got it right the first time. Will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

I called Matt at Advanced Plumbing. They came out and gave me 2 options of either just repairing the broken lines or replacing all my galvanized pipe. I chose for them to replace all the pipes. They sent Brandon who only did a fourth of the job. I tried to call them to finish it, but got no response. I had to call another plumber from a reputable company to finish the job. Do not use Advanced Plumbing LLC.

I had a great experience with ASI. They are very helpful, priced fairly and provide great follow up. Our service person was Mike and he was outstanding. Mike provided great overall service and insight on our plumbing issues.

My experience was exceptional!

Water line leak. Called TSP and they scheduled me immediately. MSD and LGE wanted them to wait another five days but TSP came anyway. They located the leak, dug to China with as little lawn disturbance as possible, repaired the line and kept me informed the whole time. Very professional. Mike Pich was the plumber on site. Good man.

This company is AWESOME!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! I had a leak some were i called them on a SATURDAY MORNING And Brian was here in 10 mins he helped me solve my problem.... He was a ANGEL SENT!!!
