Called on New Year's Eve for service at my home for sewage backup. A plumber (Robert) stated he would be there by the end of the day, I was grateful and stopped calling other plumbers. I had already lined up two others for New Year's Day and the day after New Years incase I wasn't able to find someone. I was excited that Roto Rooter was going to show up same day so I cancelled the other two appointments. 6pm came and I hadn't received a call from Robert, so I called him. He stated he wouldn't be able to make it because he had a $12k job come up and he was 'chasing the money' on New Year's. I was taken aback by this, but understood Robert's desire to make more money than my $1k job. So I asked when Robert would make it out to my place, he said he would call me on New Year's day by 10:30am. By 5pm I hadn't heard from Robert, so I called Roto Rooter to ask for another plumber, they told me they would no service my address. I explained the situation and they told me to call another franchise over an hour away (the Louisville Roto Rooter is a 30 min. drive). Very disappointing that Roto Rooter committed to coming out to my house, only to turn around after 48 hours of sewage sitting in my basement to say they wouldn't be showing up EVER.

So much for reliability. I called Tom Drexler and they committed to being there within 10 hours to fix the problem ASAP.

Think twice before calling Roto Rooter.

I had Josh as my technician and he was very thorough. He fixed my air conditioning quickly and did preventative maintenance on my furnace. They were here to fix my problem the day I called. I will call them again.

How to change out our water heater Anthony did a fast and thorough work , had to drive all the way to Quinn, to get the correct replacement.

Very timely and professional. Got the job done and haven’t had a problem since. Reasonably priced. I would definitely use this company again.

They were recommended to me from a friend, I called and he told me he could come later that day. He called to let me know he was on the way. Got here and went right to the problem, I had two toilets that were not working and the third was clunking real loud when it flushed. I now have three working toilets that you can’t even hear them hardly when flushed. He also looked at my hot water heater because I was hearing a drip sound. Did not charge me for assessing that issue. He did recommend replacing the hot water heater because it is 15 years old and it is upstairs. So they will be replacing the hot water heater and any other plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them. Did not break the bank either!

After another company did not offer good economical solutions, I got your company and the young man was very professional and knowledgeable and offered me a solution within my coverage expense and was back with all correct parts and done on time when he said he would. I am sold on this company for any future home issues I may need.

Sean has worked on various plumbing jobs at my house over the last 2.5 years and I recommend him to anyone I know that has a need for a plumber. He has done everything from replace a faulty water heater to redesign how water gets to our 1st and 2nd floor from the main water access. He is always reasonably priced, does excellent work, and never leaves until the job is perfect.

Not too sure if I should blame my home warranty or this company. Nonetheless, it took 1 month to replace my toilet in the master bathroom. I put the order in for the warranty company, the plumber came took a picture of the crack in the toilet bowl than left, I did not hear of anything for a few days- I called Professional plumbing and said they just got approved to repair the toilet. They did not tell me they had to order one... I waited a couple days, called again and said they put a order in for a 2 piece set. That order took about two weeks, I then had to call to schedule, after a month we finally got a TOILET replaced. I have never left a comment about a company but this is my first because I do not want any others have to go through the same thing my wife and I did. It’s a shame they have to order a basic toilet. Thankfully we had another bathroom to use.
