When I first had Mike come out he wasn't able to work on my unit because it was frozen over. He made sure I was put back on the schedule for the next day. When he came back he went above and beyond to make sure my unit was running properly and took the extra time to verify using several means of determination. Mike is the reason I am now a subscribing member of the service plan offered by the company.

Installed new Rheem hasn’t instant hot water heater with recirculating pump and never bothered to program it or confirm it was working properly. Within two weeks it nearly blew up our house and he just referred us to Rheem warranty.

Another big local plumbing name refused to work on the burst pipes in our bathroom due to how it was built. This was after agreeing to do the work and showing up in force.
