They were great. I had several small issues around the house. Steve worked hard to find the most economical solutions, repairing instead of replacing when possible. When the final bill was $74 less then the estimate he credited me. He could easily have kept the difference and I would never have known, but he was very honest and gave me the credit.

I also appreciate the fact that I was given a set appointment time, instead of a long window.

Steve was also very responsive by email and text.

They replaced our water heater, and a broken toilet, rebuilt a toilet, tub, and 2 showers. We have poor water quality and our plumbed appliances suffer as a result. All are working beautifully now though.

If I have any questions the technician or the office staff are always there to help. And if I had to leave a message, which is very rarely, my call is returned within the hour. QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. Josh was very responsive when I initially reached out to him about our leak. He was able to get to us within days of our initial conversation and upon arrival at our home I found him to be very personable and thorough. We are selling our home. After a suspicious dye test on the septic system, septic inspections were scheduled. Company owner came to property somewhere around 4pm. Boyfriend/homeowner and buyer were also in attendance. I was inside in the room adjacent to septic access. I heard company owner say total septic system failure and it would cost 15k - 25k to replace. Boyfriend came inside and proceeded to tell me the company owner stuck a probe into the ground one time, pulled the probe out, then stated total septic system failure and it would cost 15k - 25k to replace. He determined this after the largest 2 day rainfall we have had this year with a septic tank that was full and scheduled to be pumped and without doing an actual inspection. The following day a different company came, probed the ground repeatedly marking the entire drainfield as well as the distribution box location, and viewing the hole where the septic access had been unearthed. Their report came back with no deficiencies and not suggesting any repairs. This was also before the tank had been pumped.

Bill did a fantastic job. He was there when he said he would be, did a fantastic job, and charged a fair amount. I would not hesitate to use this pro again in the future.

I saw the van across from my home so I thought I'd just inquire about their services. Contacted the office and they sent Brian right over and he was done in no time! Very nice, expedient, professional and reasonably priced! I will be using their service from now on!

Drainman spent an entire Friday attempting to diagnose a problem. Main line not allowing water out and backing sewage into basement. No definitive diagnosis. Technician needed more experienced technician to come help. Told us then that work would not be performed until maybe Monday. But would call later that evening with update. No call. Called drain man back on Saturday. Brian says he will make calls and somebody to call back within hour. Nope. Called drain man back two hours later. Got Al (a supervisor), Al says if they said they would get back to you in Monday, they will. Inform Al, no they said maybe and would call back Friday. No call and no call after follow up. Surely supervisor Al could call his people and get an a set of what is going on as we have no indoor plumbing. Ask Al of an answer is too much to ask ... Al says, you PROBABLY won't get an answer today. This is the definition of horrible service.
