Best Plumbers in Indiana

Called this place 3am requesting assistance and was told someone was going to call me back. I told them my toilet was over flowing and coming onto the ground. They said their On-call guy would give me a call and here it is 8 am and no call. So I did the job myself. I called to have them take me off the list and I’ve been waiting and representative mentioned that the worker is having car problems. I’m not understanding why they couldn’t communicate that to me and I’ve been waiting wasting time.

We had water dripping from the second floor into the first floor. We were highly concern about the problem. We needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called like 12 plumbers, and none could help us (2 plumbers told me that they could fix it in two weeks, 2 plumbers stood us up, and 8 plumbers never returned our calls). So I went on google and found Indianapolis Plumbing Services. He answered my call right away. He told me was doing a job on the other side of Indianapolis but that he would come see the problem when he was done. He came that same night around 8PM. He told me what the problem was and told me he could come fix it the next morning, which was Saturday morning. It was a priority for us to get it fixed. He finished the whole job on Saturday. He did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

We hired Top Dog Plumbing to install a dryer vent in our basement and a vanity sink. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Leon and his crew.

I had the drain pipe from my kitchen sink start to leak into my basement. Realizing that I was out of my league, I knew that I had to call in the professionals. I had previously come across Armor Air, saw the good reviews, and that they handle plumbing. I really like their price structure--knowing that you will only owe $29 in the event that you do not like what they are proposing really lowers the stress level when calling in a plumber. Amazingly, I was able to go online on a Sunday night and book an arrival for the following morning between 8 and 10 am. I received a text message that Jacob would be out and he arrived shortly thereafter. The 70-year old pipe that was leaking was buried in the wall behind my kitchen cabinets, but he expected he could fix the problem from under my sink. He gave me a reasonable proposal for fixing the problem based on what he saw, which I accepted. After he ran to the supply store to get parts and got into the wall, he found out that the problem was bigger than he expected and that the pipe would have to be replaced. He did not miss a beat and determined that he would have to get into the wall behind my cabinets. He somehow cut a neat hole in the wall through the back of the cabinet and replaced the pipe through this small hole in the wall. I think he may be a magician. Anyway, problem solved and he quickly cleaned up. When I complimented him on his creativity in solving my problem, he said that he loves his work (which I believe). Anyway, without me asking, and despite the unexpected additional work, he stood by the original price that he quoted and indicated that is his company's policy. All in all, Armor air has gained a long term customer.

My water heater went out late on a Saturday night. I waited till Sunday and started calling around in the morning. Whereas some people wanted anywhere from $109 to $150 to come out and take a look, Pat was willing to troubleshoot over the phone before even coming out. With an extreme amount of patience that I myself may not have even had, he was able to walk me through the troubleshooting as well as figure out what my problem was. With it being under warranty, I was able to order the part overnight myself. I ordered the part first thing on Monday morning, the part came in on Tuesday afternoon, and Pat was very flexible about when he could come out on Wednesday to put the part in. When he got here he was very personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and was in and out in no time. For the simple fact that I'm a single homeowner, and also happened to be a girl, a lot of times some places will try to take advantage of you. Just for the simple fact that he was willing to talk me through it over the phone to begin with instead of coming out and charging a call, that alone was enough for me to go with him to do the work. When you've been add in that he then worked with me on scheduling, got the work done quickly, and was very reasonably priced, he will absolutely have my business from now on as well as me referrals for him to anyone who asks.
