Josh did a fantastic job at replacing the shut off under the kitchen sink. He also replaced the supply lines. The plumbing work he did looks so much better than what our builder did. He takes pride in his work and is a very nice person too. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work. I will use him for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Josh was quick to respond and showed up on time each time we used him, both for leaks on different fixtures, one sink drain and one toilet. He even looked at another issue I had that ultimately was outside plumbing repair, but he was nice to check for us. Highly recommended.

Josh from Crossroads Plumbing came to fix our clogged toilet. He was prompt and professional. He quickly discovered the source of our problem. My children had flushed a tooth brush. Once the toilet was unclogged he triple checked everything else in the bathroom was working correctly before leaving. We would use them again in a heartbeat for all out plumbing needs!

Josh was a huge help! Called him up in a pinch when my supply lines to my bathroom sink and toilet wouldn’t stop leaking even after shutting the main water off. Josh was quick to respond to me and was able to come out same day. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the whole thing fixed in about 20min. Very professional and even gave me some tips on the new plumbing I was putting in for the toilet.

I used Crossroads last year to replace two exterior water bibs. He was responsive, on time, and did a fine job. No complaints.

During the cold snap in December 2022, one of my water pipes froze (luckily it didn't burst). I called Crossroads, and unfortunately, due to vacation and being overbooked, he was not able to make it out. However, he did walk me through what to do to fix it. He even followed up a few hours later to make sure everything was ok.

I will definitely be using him again in the future.

My regular plumber was on vacation. My hot water heater had died and was leaking into my home. Josh at Crossroads was the recommendation of my regular plumber, and I want to give a huge shout-out of appreciation to Josh at Crossroads Plumbing for taking the time to answer my questions, giving me an estimate on pricing, and reviewing the details of things I'd need with the replacement.

It was impressive how genuine Josh was in reviewing my situation. Here's the Mic Drop part of the conversation. He couldn't come out till Thursday. He did all of this, knowing I'd need something sooner than Thursday. He knew I'd probably go with someone else, but it didn't stop him from providing VIP service to me. That's impressive!!

Why am I writing this review? Two reasons, number 1: If my regular plumber recommends Josh and Crossroads then I KNOW that they are good because he's picky about who he recommends and the work that hey do. Number 2: Josh knew that we would need the repair sooner than he could accommodate (glad he's that busy!), but that didn't stop him from taking the time to help me out. I believe great character is shown when you don't have anything to gain but give generously to someone who needs your help. Josh did that, and I'm so grateful.

He was able to get to us within days of our initial conversation and upon arrival at our home I found him to be very personable and thorough. Josh did AWESOME JOB!! !! Highly recommend!!! He did an inspection for my water softener, gave me a lot tips, he is very kind and patient. Unlike other plumbers pushing me change it, he helped me set up the current one, asked me to test it for a few days first, if it’s not working, he will help me to replace it!! After calling on 5-6 different plumbers, to no avail, I put in a call to Josh with Crossroads Plumbing. I'm SO glad I did! He was super responsive and made time to come out the same day (actually within the hour). He quickly assessed the issue and fixed it! Josh was amazing! He came same day and installed faucets in my master for me. Also looked at some work another plumber did and checked out some other concerns I had. Josh responded and visited quickly even though my issue was not a true emergency and took the time to truly understand the home's miscellaneous needs / issues and troubleshoot them thoroughly. We (first time homeowners) recently bought a 60+ year old home and I needed a lot of questions answered about the plumbing system - in addition to diagnosing and fixing a backup in the laundry drain system. Josh walked all around the house with me, answered all my questions, and suggested certain fixes that I could do myself.

He was also up front that he did not do drain cleaning (as of July 2021, this may change) and did everything possible to diagnose and fix the laundry drain until suggesting I have that service done.

I appreciated Josh's honesty and genuineness, and we were very comfortable having him in our home. I will not hesitate to call him for any future plumbing needs.
