Quentin responded quickly and helped me with a quote for my hot water heater replacement. He explained my options and presented an excellent competitive offer. I had to choose between him and an equally attractive offer. It was a hard choice. I didn’t end up selecting his offer but could have very easily. And I would definitely consider him again.

Did not complete job

I needed a washing machine valve replacement. They made sure to match my existing setup to minimize impact to my wall. I appreciated that tremendously. I think another plumber would have just said it is what it is and destroyed my wall.
But they also found other issues with drains while they were here. They fixed them and showed me how to maintain myself. I will have these people out for all of my plumbing needs. It’s good to have people you know can solve problems for you when you are in a bind. I appreciate Brown’s Plumbing. Makes my life less stressful.

Simple n honest reliable n competent

I have never seen such a big rip off company than this.
The company sent a technician to check my heating unit.
The technician informed me the filter needed to change (he did not have a filter) and adjusted the gas pressure. It took him less than 15 minutes. He did not even bring any tools with him.
I got billed for $229. I am still very sore about it and I am never going to conduct any business with this comapny
