They came out, gave me a price, brought someone out WITHIN the hour and completed the work the same morning.. I have never been so impressed. Oh, and the price was incredible!

Jim installed a new hot water filter housing and reconfigured our pipes to improve the previous work. He also stabilized the pipes so they no longer move when we have to change the water filter. He added a pressure relief valve. This time the job looks well done.

Hi, I recently had Mr. Rooter out to fix what turned out to be a big leak underneath my laundry room (on a slab). They had to jackhammer through some concrete. Not only did they fix the problem, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by replacing the tile that got destroyed in the process. They were very friendly and fun to talk to. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with any kind of plumbing issue. They are professional and will do the job right. Thank you guys, you know who you are.

Wonderful experience! We had a pipe break Thursday afternoon and they were out there that night (about 2 hours from when I initially called). By 9:30 they were completely done and we have resumed normal living at the house! Everyone was extremely courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help!

Acme does great work at affordable prices, they were able to get me scheduled for a time frame that fit in my schedule. Shane Knight was prompt and courteous when he arrive to pump our septic tank out. I had questions and he was able to answer them in a way I could understand.

Rude when I didn't accept a outrageous quote

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

Found water pouring into our basement late in the evening. Called several plumbing services and Reasonable was the service that was able to respond. They made special accommodation and to get an excellent plumber out here and spent the time needed to identify and correct the issue. They had to return the next day to with the parts to correct the repair. Amazing service. Prevented a big problem from getting worse and was able to get bypass the issue and allow us to use water until the parts could be ordered and installed. Highly recommend.
