Replaced water heater. The price and service was the best out there. Jason Probst was installer. Very personable and friendly. Highly recommend. I will be using this company for all future needs.

Everything you would expect out of a real professional, Mark C. of Efficient Systems, Inc was it. And he is quite a jovial fellow at that. I am very satisfied with his work today, and more to follow. I totally trust him to do a fine job replacing my 34 year old bathroom fan next.

Very happy with the service! David was able to come out the same day I called (which I hadn't expected), and he kept me informed about when he'd be arriving at my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and identified a couple possible solutions. He fixed the toilet, and I'm quite pleased with everything. He was very knowledgeable, and I learned several important things about plumbing and home maintenance during the service call. (I'm a new homeowner, so this is all new to me.) I'll definitely call him again if I have any problems or need any plumbing work done in my house.

We hired Jason to reseat the toilet to our new Master Bathroom floor and replace a shower control valve in the wall. He was on time, explained what he was going to do and the time required, professional, creative in resolving a minor issue from the manufacturer and price competitively.

We would highly recommend to anyone!

They installed a new water heater for me at my father in-laws house. Purchased the tank and install kit at Lowe's where I am provided a 10% discount as a veteran and Lowe's had the contractor list.
Josh was the guy that did the work and he was courteous and very fast. Had the old tank drained and out within an hour and the new one installed and burning gas within the following hour. Good work!

Very professional diagnosis with excellent informative explanation of actions needed. Installation was quick and efficient with very thorough cleanup afterwards.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Offers a septic Tank pump out. Their prices start at $350.00 for the first 1000gal. There are less expensive honey dippers out there!

NOT A PLUMBER!!!!! I don't give them a bad rating because of their service. It's just that they are not plumbers. They are strictly drain openers and serve commercial accounts ONLY.

Called to do a job, guy (Mike) talked about how professional and quality they are. Agreed to do the job and then completely blew the job off. No return phone calls to even say he couldn’t do it. Just left me hanging. I would not recommend this guy at all.

I called the plumping co because my in laws used them and I was extremely satisfied. I want to express I did not end up using them (we have a friend who’s a plumber that ended up helping us out - it’s just a water heater replacement) but I will use them for any future needs. Cindy is the one who answered the phone and her knowledge and customer service was amazing! She gave us so much helpful information and she was super attentive. I am huge on customer service and Cindy exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and again, I will use them in the future for certain! My in laws also had an exceptional experience and they had a whole bathroom redone with the plumbing company! If you care about customer service and want good quality this place offers both (quality of service being based from my in laws bathroom).

I used this plumbing company today. The man lacked professionalism. My appointment was at 2:00p.m. he came at 4:00p.m. I had to call him and ask what time did he think he was coming? When he arrived he knocked twice and let himself in my home. He didn't speak at all ugh

If I could give this company a zero star rating I would. They were assigned to me through my home warranty. First of the didn't come in the time window they said they would. 2nd he he took all but 1 minute to look at where my pipes were leaking. Then preceded to tell me that my crawl space was too small to work in and it would be a all day . So he refused to do it. At that point I was without water for 4 days. I think he made his mind up as soon as he seen my crawl space.Then he said he would call another company to see if they would be willing to do it, which never happened. He also said whoever he called would tell me the same. The next day we got a hold of another company, they came out and said it would be no problem to get in the crawl space and get it fixed . Ive never seen such poor customer service in my life as i did from Premier Plumping. Sry so long of a comment but I'm highly upset.
