Replaced water heater. The price and service was the best out there. Jason Probst was installer. Very personable and friendly. Highly recommend. I will be using this company for all future needs.

My AC was no longer cooling as it should be.. after running through some of the common things to look at I decided to make a call. I looked online and found good google reviews about Efficient Systems, and decided to go with them. I filled out the Request-A-Call form on their website at 7am and about five minutes later I received a call back. Talk about good first impressions! Technician Ryan was onsite by 9am. He was very friendly, professional, and most of all, very knowledgeable and willing to share what he was doing the whole way. After telling him what I had done, he looked it all over, hooked up some nifty gauges and meters and determined I most likely have a leak in my line somewhere. He discussed options and pricing with me, explained everything thoroughly and recharged the system to get me back to COOL within an hour. I also like that Efficient Systems is a green/paperless company with great communications and a secure website. Ryan and Efficient Systems are absolutely AWESOME! I will be a return customer..

Aqueduct Plumbing is a life saver. I was having major sewer line issues in a house I had just moved into. David helped work with me to strategize the best, most cost efficient plan to fix the issue. He didn't push to sell anything extra and went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with the results. His #1 priority is customer satisfaction and that's pretty rare now a days.
I highly recommend David and Aqueduct Plumbing and will definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends.

We hired Jason to reseat the toilet to our new Master Bathroom floor and replace a shower control valve in the wall. He was on time, explained what he was going to do and the time required, professional, creative in resolving a minor issue from the manufacturer and price competitively.

Daniel showed up early, removed old water heater and installed the new one without a glitch. Knowledgeable and friendly would highly recommend. All around a pleasant experience. Bought water heater through Lowes and you need to request this company as they will otherwise schedule directly with Kirby (bad reviews).

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Offers a septic Tank pump out. Their prices start at $350.00 for the first 1000gal. There are less expensive honey dippers out there!

We just had a new gas line and water heater installed by some really great people at best indy. They are really knowledgeable and professional. We will use them for any of our future needs.

NOT A PLUMBER!!!!! I don't give them a bad rating because of their service. It's just that they are not plumbers. They are strictly drain openers and serve commercial accounts ONLY.

Called to do a job, guy (Mike) talked about how professional and quality they are. Agreed to do the job and then completely blew the job off. No return phone calls to even say he couldn’t do it. Just left me hanging. I would not recommend this guy at all.

We have used the plumbing company multiple times. Their dispatcher, Cindy, is exceptional in her knowledge and ability to save trips by pre-identifying parts needed etc. Conrad does excellent work, & if there is ever a problem they return to fix it without complaint. We will keep calling The Plumbing Company!

I'd love to give zero stars. Like most of the other reviewers, I did not select this company. They were assigned to my claim through my home warranty.

They did NOT call me in the one business day window. I had to call them myself to get a technician to my house. He spent less than 10 minutes in my house, said my thermostat was out, took my deductible, and then said he'd be back that same day with the part. I told him to call if he couldn't make it that same day. He didn't. I had to call them again the next day to schedule his second visit to actually fix the water heater. He showed up late to our appointment (past 6 pm which is just ridiculous), spent 10 minutes in the house again, apparently replaced the part, and then he told me to check in 30 minutes since it would take time to heat up the water. I did, and WE DID NOT HAVE RUNNING WATER. THIS IS WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF HIS WORK. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE TO A TECHNICIAN WHO DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE.

I called them this morning to complain, and they told me I'd have to file a recall claim through my warranty claim. I asked to see a receipt of the new part they put in to my water heater. They apparently can't give me that.

I'll certainly file a formal complaint and do my best to make sure Premier Plumbing is not a continued supplier of services for the warranty company. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INEFFICIENT TECHS. You can't take $100 and have zero regard for work quality.
