Quentin did a hot water replacement in a rental I own, and replaced a couple toilets. The floor under one was rotten from leaks and he did a good job of repair, re-floor (vinyl sheet flooring) and replacing toilets. All done quickly and coordinated from out of state. Highly recommend.

Did not complete job

During this past winter storm, pipes going to our laundry room were frozen. We're new homeowners and new to Midwest weather so we have no clue what to do. I found Zac's info on Facebook and gave him (and a ton other plumbers) a call to try to get them to come take a look at the frozen pipes on Christmas day. Zac was very responsive and was also giving me advice over the phone before I even agreed to hire him. He was very helpful, upfront, and considerate. He talked to my husband about his findings and gave him options on what could be done. I would highly recommend him. Keep it local, Westfield.

Simple n honest reliable n competent

I have never seen such a big rip off company than this.
The company sent a technician to check my heating unit.
The technician informed me the filter needed to change (he did not have a filter) and adjusted the gas pressure. It took him less than 15 minutes. He did not even bring any tools with him.
I got billed for $229. I am still very sore about it and I am never going to conduct any business with this comapny
