I have used this company three different times. Each time I am more impressed than the last. I have had a walk in shower installed, a bidet, and a handicap bar in my bathroom as well as a pedistal sink which increased the value of my home. This company was very reasonably priced and great customer service. Ten thumbs up!!!

The company repaired a leak in our kitchen pipes in January 2023. They’ve been back THREE times to repair the same problem. The first time, they were professional and fixed the problem immediately. The problem returned in two months and they returned a SECOND time and fixed the problem. Now it’s the THIRD TIME and they are charging me because it’s been more than thirty days (three times in six months sounds like they didn’t fix it right the first time).
SHOPPERS BEWARE:: they charge you $69 to come out to look at your problem if it’s been more than 30 days.

Water Savers LLC handled our problem with professionalism and courtesy. I had no issues with them showing up nor getting the job done. They told me when they were coming and once they evaluated the situation, told me what needed to be done and got the issue fixed. They also made paying them easy as well. I would definitely use Water Savers LLC again and recommend them to family and friends!

Tim and his team quickly and efficiently repaired our sewer line. Tim provided great communication and has a nice crew.
I called Tim on a Friday morning and he had his team there by mid-morning, diagnosed the problem, and had everything fixed by dinner time. They even found a way to greatly minimize the damage to my landscaping while replacing my entire sewer line from the house to the street. Tim’s crew members were pleasant to work with and friendly.
I felt like Tim wanted to help me, not take advantage of the situation. I would definitely recommend Tim Chen Plumbing.

We purchased a home in East Atlanta Village and our inspection listed a couple of plumbing issues that we wanted to have reviewed by a professional, specifically a leaking original cast iron line. Our realtor recommended Good Guys. John and Cole came out separately (once before the sale which is rare and once after) to take a look and gave us an honest estimate as well as a 'worst case scenario' price. They were easy to communicate with, got us on the schedule, and took care of the work as expected. I also appreciated both of them taking the time to educate me about how and why things were done the way they were, and what to expect in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a weekend emergency and Pam the Plumber far exceeded my expectations!
Our old hot water heater burst Sat night and flooded our finished basement. After wet vacuuming all night, I called Pam Sunday morning...half expecting a call back monday...but she answered and helped me through the entire process.
...she also gave me great price! I know because I had been researching them for a while...just wish I hadn't waited.
First, safety check... She reminded me to turn off the tank and the gas line (obvious when you think about it, but not something you always think about in the middle of the night while standing in water)
Second, she called a water remediation company for me (they arrived in less than 1 hour). She explained the insurance claim process, but when I told her I probably wouldn't make a claim (unless it's really expensive) she notified them so that they would give us the self-pay rate.
Third, she sent in one of her plumbers (arrived in about an 45 min) to disconnect the tank and seal the line because even though the tank was empty, water keep dripping in from the pipes through out the rest of the house (cold water bleeds into the hot water pipes through the shower faucets when there is no pressure).
Monday morning, when the supply house opened, they picked up our new tank and we had hot water that evening!
I can't stress enough how nice it was to not have to spend all morning looking for a plumber who will answer the phone on the weekend and send someone right away. Plus I didn't have to waste time reading reviews on water remediation companies, calling for quotes, etc...I could focus on moving furniture, etc.
On top of all of that, she is very pleasant to work with and she really knows her stuff (she'll talk you through the evolution of a particular brand of tank if you ask)...and she really cares about doing the right thing (as you can see above).
Stop looking... You've found your plumber!

So trustworthy! I had gas leak and have a home warranty. The home warranty company sent out a company that had no idea how to find my leaks with the gas off. I called Fulton Services and they sent TJ and Chris who were amazing! They found my leaks and gave me a quote to fix it. I was still going to try to get the warranty company to pay for it. Long story short they sent out two companies that I wouldn't trust to work on gas lines. I took the cash out option, which meant I could use the money for any company to do the repairs and I chose Fulton Services! I'm so glad I did. Don't screw around when it comes to gas leaks. Go with a company you can trust!

I can't say enough about how great Mike Smallwood is of C&R Plumbing! He saved me about $10-15k in costs by correctly diagnosing the plumbing problem I had, after 3 other plumbers got it wrong. He convinced me not to take their word for it and invest in a little more detective work, and boy am I glad I did! Mike is honest and trustworthy, and has decades of experience. Highly recommended!

John and his crew were very professional and courteous while removing and replacing my water heater. Also, they made sure to inform me about existing rebates. Great service!
